It was 10:20AM which I had understood breakfast was over at 10:30AM. Also it was completely empty no one in the drive through line. Worker was rude answering, and the signs were already changed to lunch signs. So I went to McDonald’s across the street since they stop serving at 11:00AM. I really wanted Wendy’s tasty Cinnabons “pull apart.”

I went through the drive-through at lunch. I got in line at about 1140 and ordered a small chili and a baked potato with a Diet Coke. When I pulled around to pay, there were two cars waiting for fresh french fries which was no big deal to me. I was surprised that the cashier waved me forward to move as well. It took 25 minutes for I get my chili and pot which should have been pre-made and easy to dish out quickly. The cashier was nice but they are obviously not efficient at all. I question their management. Will not return to this location again especially on my lunch hour when looking to grab something fast.

Ordered a couple frostys, you know nothing difficult to make. They didn’t have any of their products to make it as they said. Then it turned into their machine was broken. Is what the customer service representative on Doordash said, when they called the store. It was a 16$ dollar order that included the tax, delivery fee and dasher tip and the store asked if we wanted to substitute it for 2 medium fries or ice cookies or 2 medium drinks instead. What the hell is wrong with you people to think that is customer satisfaction or even equivalent in cost to what we paid? Get it together with your truck order, or fix your darn machines or don’t clean them early during shift end or maybe just turn off Doordash requests if ya’ll are struggling that bad. Just some suggestions for you. ♂️ Getting a refund that’ll be back on the card in 3 business, we love that. Thanks Wendy’s you suck and we will no longer be ordering from this location or any others. Hope to see this place go out of business.

Waited in line an hour, literally. Got no receipt. Went in to get a refund. They were not apologetic or friendly. Window lady was not friendly either. Visit date 2/21/2026. Time 2:10pm. Entire staff should be fired. Didn’t get our food and pretty sure we wont get our refund either, because it said card error. Manager did nothing to help and was rude. Zero apologies from the staff.

Horrible food , rude workers, everytime i order from them something is messed up, i orders a biggie bag with spicy nuggets and a additional spicy chicken sandwich NO TOMATO, they gave me a spicy sandwich with barely any mayo , no lettuce , terribly cold fries that i wouldn’t even feed to my dog , regular nuggets with no sauce that i asked for, my Jr bacon cheeseburger didn’t come with anything but mayo as well, and i know they just switched over to lunch so why is my food so horrible and fries cold like thwy have been sitting over night? I have work in customer service with food for 6 years and this was the worst experience I have came across. And when I called the store to ask about why my order was so trash she hung up on me and wouldn’t pick up the phone, I just spent $26 on this food and its horrible.

I just tried to go through the drive through at this location the cashier wouldn’t serve me for some reason said all the computers are down and he can’t sell me any food and proceeded to serve multiple cars right behind me I’m sure he’s discriminating against me for multiple reasons won’t ever waste my time trying to go to that Wendy’s again smh

Staff and management are rude. I got home today after picking up my order only to bite into my chicken sandwich and it was raw. Tried calling the store sand they keep their phone off the hook to not have to answer. This is not the first or second time I have an issue at this location and can’t even call them. Half the time they are out of items like nuggets, coke, condiments, and burgers. This location needs all new staff including management. When you reach out to customer service or the district manager no one reaches out. Hope I don’t get sick from eating this.
Update: After contacting customer service I still have not heard back after serving raw chicken. I decided to give them another chance tonight 11/01/24 and they have not improved what so ever. This evening they were out of cheese. They made me sit in the window for 17 min while they got the order ready which was a mobile pick up order. The fries were stale like they had been sitting there for about an hour. The guy at the window was moving at the speed of the sloth in the movie zootopia. As I am finally ready to leave I asked for 2 sweet n sours. The guys hands me one and tells me you have enough. There is one in the bag. I had 3 meals. I really hope this is one of the restaurants that is shut down. They can’t get it right. The manager that is there in the evening is rude and gets in your face. I don’t know what else to do to get a hold of a district manager.

You will 100% wait at least 20 minutes for your food every single time. they have cars pulling foward lining up waiting on food for almost half an hour sometimes. i understand they might be understaffed. wendy’s needs to do better. pay them more so people will actually want to work for you

Service was a little slow, a lot of the drinks were out, they didn’t have any ice cream, but really it was fine for lunch. The food was all cooked well and tasted good. Nothing special but with the crowd they had I thought they did a good job.

Not pleased at all was in the mood for a frosty I asked for a large chocolate frosty mind you I get these all the time from another location when I go to the window he hands me a medium frosty I tell him that it isn’t a large and I would like a large frosty all he says is it is a large and shuts the window. Will never come back here terrible service they charge for the higher price desert requested but intentionally give you a smaller size
