I went to the Wendy’s today (2/27/26)on Pendleton Pike around 3 PM and had the two loveliest ladies at the window. I had paid it all quarters lol and they made sure that I was not embarrassed, rushed, and even cracked some jokes which made me laugh (I love to laugh!. I would go again just for them and the food was good too!! thank you two the girls @ the window

I ordered a 10-piece nugget meal with a bacon & cheese potato and a strawberry lemonade. The food arrived cold even though I live very close. They didn’t give me 10 nuggets, none of the sauces I requested, and they completely left out my potato. The only thing done right was the drink.
I rarely go to Wendy’s, but every time I’ve tried this location, the food quality and service have been disappointing. At this point, either shut this location down or hire staff who care. I do not recommend this place.

Ordered a baconator sandwich and a drink, they gave me a burger with no bacon (BACONator remember). They messed up a 2 item order, guess i should be glad they got the drink right.

If you want some good food at better prices, can’t do any better than Wendy’s. Especially with their 1 dollar menu sale. Dont know exactly how long it will last but I’m able to get my honey chicken sandwiches in the morning for 1 dollar, exactly $2.12 after taxes for 2. Can’t give a 5 star rating on atmosphere as I don’t normally dine in at Wendy’s.

What on earth is this supposed to be? Asiago ranch chicken sandwich does not look like this yet this is what I’m given. Thanks for being out of everything and giving me whatever this thing is. So dry I can’t even eat it and after the wait in line I have no more time on my lunch break to get anything else….oh well I’ll just eat more dinner later.

The whole restaurant was nasty and dirty the order taker seem like she didn’t know what she was doing she was literally walking in circles and barely said any words I ordered 4 biggie bags and got charged for 5….I’ve waited over 15mins to even get my food and anther 10 to get my drinks after they gave me my food . I stay 5mins from here and of course when I get home to eat my food was cold!! BUT that’s not the end as I’m eating my cold food I realize my meat isn’t even done (imma post pic) BUT that’s not the end HERE IT IS THE NEXT MORNING AND MY CHILD HAS FOOD POISONING. I will never go back to that location again they really need to shut it down!!!!
