Food is good for fast-food, environment is great, the service on the other hand lacks severely. Went in and ordered a M&M mcflurry through one of the kiosks inside and selected dine-in, after waiting for probably 10-15 minutes for our free mcflurry, they not only didn’t bring it to the table, they also did not serve the Mcflurry with at least one spoon. I’ve had better service at this location, the service I was met with here this evening was horrendous. The manager and other staff members working the front end of service tonight seemed to be oblivious to us. Other customers specifically of a specific ethnicity seemed to get faster service.

Just left out of this outfit on Jan 21st 2026 at about 7:35 pm went inside to order and got no service not even a hi how are just mean looks this place wasn’t even crowded a few cars in the parking lot and drive thru i waited in line for almost 10 min without anyone saying anything like wait a min someone will take care of you or we will be with you soon sir a male figure was cleaning off the cashier area and didn’t say a word to me geez well I won’t be back to this place I thought it was the best McDonald’s in town wow leave your feelings at home is what they should teach their employees

Went in to have lunch just now and the guys working the front named Joseph should be fired asap! A little African-American child came in with his mother they ordered and the boy asked for a water cup as I watched Joseph stare this little boy down with an evil look for at least 30 seconds and then asked him. Are you really gonna use it for water? The little boy said yes I am and he literally watched the little boy like a hawk as the little boy did get water. I felt like it was discrimination completely and who are you to question him if he is going to get water you should’ve gave him the water cup and if you witnessed him doing anything else, then you could address it I just found it completely racist And if management sees This, you can go ahead and check the cameras. It happened around 3:30 today. The 19th Of December, I will not be coming back here unless he is fired. I work in customer service and I was just baffled to treat a little boy this way. A lot of people do drink water. A lot of people don’t like to drink pop why would you assume he was going to steal something before he had even touched the machine. Shame on you Joseph

Wow I knew McDonald’s were bad but this particular one is the worst. Ok today came in my friend orded his food same time I did. I waited so long for food my friend got his food and ate it. Still was waiting for my food. I go up to ask some help and the manager lady was ignoring me on purpose.she looked at me then looked away real quick. So as im watching whats going on the manager was yelling at employee about scheduling at stuff. Then finally my food arrives and the manger comes and sits down in lobby chating with employees like they friends. Never have I felt ignored by all the employee. Will not be returning

This place always pulls you Even if you only order a fry. Slowest rudest people work here. And if you have an issue with your food and take it back in to get fixed they are even more rude about everything. I’m sorry I don’t wanna break my teeth on the bun.

If i could leave negative stars i would. The girl that took my order told me a meal didn’t come as a meal even tho it had a number, like what? Then I sat in the driveway thru line for 20 mins because someone mixed up the orders and was giving people the wrong food. By the time I got my food, the fries were cold as ever and we’re just tossed into the bag carelessly. Like how much effort does it really take to work at a not so fast food anymore food joint? Smdh

Not one of my burgers was cooked beyond a searing, completely pink and no where near done. I ordered my food online to pick up at the counter. On my way to get my drinks my shoes stuck to the floor. Just to be served raw meat… A little pride goes a long way
