I have no problem with this location as they were friendly and very quick especially during a very busy time of day. The problem I have with Wendy’s is the size and price for what you get as hopefully the picture shows. It’s crazy on how much they have cut back on drink sizes and their prices just don’t add up. I know that size has affected most everything we buy today but come on Wendy’s, this is simply ridiculous!!

We had a very long wait. It differs from time to time Depending on how many customers there are. The food is good. If u can handle hot stuff I recommend the ghost pepper ranch chicken sandwich. It’s new. Really good, but hot.

I am normally not the person to write a poor review however, we had a simple order for breakfast and we felt pushed while deciding and trying to give our order. We get to the window and we have to clarify what our order is because we were being pushed earlier. We had to ask for our card back because she didn’t give it back so at this point we looked at our food feeling that our order was wrong and it was. We are getting quite annoyed at this point because it was a simple order. We tried to go inside to fix our order and the doors were locked even though the doors were supposed to be opened. We finally got attention of someone to open the door and we walk up to the counter no eye contact nothing. I had to raise my voice to get someone to acknowledge that I was there. The communication between the workers was not good at all we had to talk to three different people to get one sandwich which they still got wrong. At that point my family was so upset that we took the wrong sandwich and left. One our worst experiences but sadly not surprised as this wasn’t our first bad experience at martinsville Wendy’s. 2-19-2023 9:00 a.m.

Absolutely no condiments or toppings. $50 meal on Grubhub for 2 plain a$$ hamburgers. Both my husband and I’s sandwich is like this. SMH. And of course you can’t leave a review on grubhub so google it is.
