Well… Having Chipotle for the first time, and it didn’t disappoint. All the burritos were small and cold. The “Large” bag of chips were good but 1/3 full. Everything had onions (didn’t ask for onions). I spent 80$. We would rather have had Taco Bell. At least their food is warm.

Food was cold! Ordered online for pick up at 7:20. Got there at 7:15 and it was sitting getting cold. Ordered two drinks , asked me at the window what I wanted. Again 7:15 and they were already cleaning things ups and out of tea for the night! Asked for a drink holder. Sorry we are out!! Get my food and the queso that is $2.85 was not even full. See the photos. Was told that was the correct amount but when I go to other Chipotle locations that is not the issue. Ordered a bowl. Notice in the pictures barely anything in the bowl. Every time I go to this location I have issues. I will not be supporting this location any longer. I will drive to Friendswood!

In all honesty, if you order through the driver threw, they are going to be stingy with the food. I have found that going inside and ordering is the better option. Rice was hard once, and chips were stell a couple of times. I think it’s hit or miss with this place.

This was our very first time at a Chipotle’s. We didn’t know how to order or anything and nobody really told us what to do you know and then we were charged for guacamole when we did not know there would have been a charge because if we didn’t know we wouldn’t have gotten it and then the meat was really hard to chew and everything seem like it was cold it didn’t feel like it was warm. It just did not taste this fresh is what the commercials make it look like on TV. So would be highly unlikely for us to come back. First impressions really do last. I really and truly doubt that we will ever come back to any Chipotle’s. And I’m being generous with the 2 stars

Food is fresh and seasoned well. I call this good fast food. Service is okay, while it’s not a lot of service. Atmosphere is okay but it’s nothing great. It is clean and has tables and chairs. We will be back

Went when it opened, it still have construction certificates on the windows. Food was all over the wall, grill was nasty. Not a single adult on the team. Swore i wouldnt be back. 1 month later i decided 1st visit was warm up. 2nd visit sucked as bad as the 1st visit. Not clean…but what teenager cleans anything. Mine didnt…doesnt. chipotle alvin is no long an option for us.

I have not been to a chipotle in about 4 years. I stopped going when they started getting stingy with their food. Since this was a fairly new location, I decided to give it a try again. First and last time. Portions are tiny and the staff are teenagers that aren’t really customer service oriented. I’ll go back to the Mexican restaurants and food trucks in the area. Very disappointed . It was our first time ordering at Manvel chipotle. My husband took 7 bites of his steak bowl and literally spit out each bite. He gave up trying to finish it. The meat was all gristle. The black beans weren’t warm at all. Very much a waste of money. Maybe it was just a bad shipment from supplier, but we won’t be back. 🙁
