Greenfield IN location is the slowest. We ordered 3 sandwiches in the drive thru, told to pull up and wait. 10 minutes later, no food 3 people behind us get their food. NEVER AGAIN. You lost my business.

We order a double cheese burger with ketchup only but. They gave us a deluxe cheese burger. Ordered a double big bacon classic and got a single cheeseburger. Called they wanted us to drive back over 20 minutes to fix the order or we could come back next week and they would fix it order. No thank you on a repeat of terrible service

Wendy has good hot food. Usually go thru the drive through. Most Wendy’s are the same. The service is good.!

Walked in and waited nearly 10 minutes with zero acknowledgement that we were there. Very sad considering 3 different employees walked past us and made eye contact. Left after 10 min of standing at the register. If they can’t handle acknowledging customers waiting to be helped I can only imagine how bad the rest of the visit would have gone. Lesson learned on my part

Employees were very friendly and helpful. Out of stock on several foods items, beverages and even ice in the beverage dispenser. They messed up my sandwich order so I got to eat it with cold fries. I will not be back.

This recommendation is probably good for most fast food restaurants, but I would highly recommend counting your items before leaving the drive-thru at this specific location.

Well this time they got my order right the time before they got it wrong I called and they said they would make it right then when I went in to get it fixed they wouldn’t do it because I didn’t have my receipt which they didn’t give me one and I told them that when I called they said it was okay they fix it anyway but they didn’t.

This Wendy’s used to be really bad. They are under new ownership now, and they have totally turned this Wendy’s around!
The food is great and the customer service is great.
If you quit coming to this Wendy’s, please try again! You will be glad you did. They also remodeled the inside, and it looks great and is clean!
