We love the Melting Pot Restaurant, and have traveled to almost a dozen different locations. This location, of course is local to us, and our favorite. Fantastic concept for a romantic date, family meal, or even a large celebration and party.
The Melting Pot is a fondue restaurant where you can have several courses, including cheese, entrées, and dessert, all fondue style. Typically when we come, we have gotten a two burner table. We do this so that we can have a cheese course, while our kids go directly to the entrée.
For our cheese course, we love the classic Alpine. It comes with dipping bread and vegetables. We always ask for more pretzel rolls because they are delicious. For our main course, we typically create our own. I’m partial to having all filet, while others have shrimp, chicken, and potstickers. We always cook in a court bouillon, but many other flavors are available like Coq Au Vin and Mojo. One of my favorite parts is the Melting Pot house salad. Just love the dressing, it’s quite delicious. Dipping sauce also comes, and it’s great to have them to add additional flavor to your entrée. For dessert, we typically have the Cookies and Cream Marshmallow Dream. (it is not on the menu any longer, but they always accommodate us and make it for us. What great customer service!). Fresh fruit, brownies, and other items are provided for dipping. Depending on how full you get from the previous courses, you can always have them make smaller portions by request.
A great selection of wine is available. The espresso martinis, and the Ying Yang Martini are really cool drinks to have. The look of the Ying Yang martini is incredible.
Customer service here is always great. I always make a reservation, and I would as well, especially around the holidays. Servers here are very accommodating, and it is especially fun when you are celebrating a special event.
While we sat at the bar this last time (only came for drinks and dessert), on most occasions, we sit in a booth. It is quiet, private and relaxing. They have booths for couples, large parties, and even a private room with extra large tables for parties and events.
It’s not a quick meal, so plan accordingly. Normally it takes us 90 minutes to 2 hours. So grab some friends, or your family, and give this unique dining. experience a try.

We loved this place. We went for valentine’s day for the first time. They had a prefixed menu that day was a 5 course meal. So we got to try just about everything they to offer. The cheese fondue was great the cheese was so good. We got steak and lobster they were also very good. Was nice to have the different sauces to dip in. The salad was ok could have been better. The dessert was our was amazing a whole tray of greatness. We got the white chocolate and would recommend. We will definitely be back

Fira was with us for our visit. She was very kind and receptive to our knee and gave us a lot of check in on how the food was, which was perfect and very considerate. We came on Valentine’s Day and we even got a thank you package for coming. It was a very kind gesture from the owner who came over to talk to us after our meal was all done. The atmosphere and selection of foods to dip in the fondues were perfect. We will be coming back they thanked us for coming and gave us a gift card for the next time 🙂

Came here for New Year’s with family. Shout out to our server, Lenox. He did an incredible job! Best service I’ve had in recent memory at any restaurant. He efficiently juggled tons of different special requests and needs from everyone at the table, despite how busy it was. Very warm and friendly and just overall made our experience wonderful. Thank you so much!
Fantastic food overall, as well. Definitely on the pricey side, but makes for a memorable experience and good for a special occasion. Highly recommend, especially if you’ve never tried fondue at a restaurant before (more fun than doing it at home in my opinion).

This was by far the worst Melting Pot experience I’ve ever had. Imagine Chuck E. Cheese, but with a hot plate and a server who calls fondue “dip.” That’s what we got. Ying Yang came with literally one marshmallow for two people, a cheesecake slab the size of a brick (instead of the upgraded dessert platter that I actually ordered) and a “Happy Anniversary” cake… on my birthday. The food was so skimpy we had to eat again afterwards, and the service was so clueless I half expected them to hand me a Capri Sun and some string cheese. Save your money—go to literally anywhere else.

Juan was excellent !! It was our first time here and he explained the menu to us and how everything worked. The happy hour menu is so good!! Drinks were made well and food came out perfectly. Will absolutely be back with the entire family. Please ask for Juan, and try the candied pecans!!

Went here on a 2nd date with a special someone. Atmosphere was lovely. Service was excellent. We had a few drinks as well. Espresso Martini, Love Martini and the a few Margaritas. We had the fiesta cheese fondue for the first course. Caesar Salad & California Salad. Pacific and Classic for the main course with the cilantro, lime, garlic cooking broth. Dark chocolate fondue with extra strawberries and banana. We are both very health conscious but like to splurge a little on date night. It was a lovely night! ♥️
