Stopped in one morning for a breakfast sandwich. When I got to work and began eating it something tasted off. Opened it up to find a egg covered in green spots. Contacted the store and the corporate office but was never offered a refund, just replacement items.

Just ran thru the drive thru to get some quick lunch. Food was out super fast even with my modification to 2 of the sandwiches, fries were hot and fresh. Staff was friendly. Best experience ive had in a long time at a fast food place.

Ordered a little while ago from the drive thru, got someone else’s order.
Chicken nuggets tasted like we’re under the warmer for a while. The burgers were burnt, tasted like they were left out for too long. The produce was extremely soggy. I get places get busy and rushes happen, but if someone is paying $50+ for this, shouldn’t it be fresh(er)

The manager Kenisha is absolutely phenomenal! Hands down the best fast food restaurant in area and this manager deserves praise! Not only is she wonderful to the customers her staff speaks so highly of her and they rave she is the best manager

The prices are to high for the small amount of food and horrible customer service. The people at McDonald’s have given better customer service. Idk if Wendy’s has made the size of the patties smaller or if they gave my mom a old burger, she said she basically ate a salad sandwich because the patties was non-existent. The only reason I’m giving 3 stars is because of the breakfast

I’ve been to this location several times and each time it’s like a roll of the dice. Never bad don’t get me wrong, just never consistent. The potential is there for a great place to grab a bite to eat but you’ll have to see.

The food is always hot and tastes good, but every time you go through the drive-through there is some sort of fan inside the restaurant just pumping hot, greasy air from the drive through window into your car. My car, clothes, and skin just reek of grease even if I’m only at the window for 30 seconds.

Stopped in for a quick bit of breakfast on a Sunday morning. It’s a nice looking restaurant. It was pretty slow at the time, and the service was quick and friendly. Got a breakfast baconator, and it came out within a reasonable amount of time. By the way, if you haven’t had a breakfast baconator, you really ought to give it a try. It’s quite different from your typical run of the mill breakfast sandwich. Would have liked to give four stars, but despite how slow they were, I noticed that nobody had bothered to mop up what appeared to be a puddle of chocolate milk on the floor.

First impression, when I walked in I noticed the trash cans were dirty from the night before, and the drink dispenser was dirty from the night before, no one cleaned any of them. So, I ordered the honey chicken biscuit, with no honey butter, just a plain chicken buscuit with cheese, what did I get? a chicken buscuit WITH honey butter and cheese. Not impressed, but then again Ive never been impressed with Wendy’s.

This is a very nice Wendy’s with good ambience. Excellent selection of typical fast food fare with healthier options as well. The drive-through is a huge plus! Grab a bite here and then do your shopping at nearby Walmart or Meijers.
