Out of EVERYTHING especially with the new fuego meal and won’t let you know till you’ve bought it. They were out of the chips and out of the sauce ig so I just got a normal chicken sandwich which is $4 cheaper. The lobby pop machine is down but doesn’t have a sign saying that, so when getting my pop I find there is no ice coming out, Then I notice my pop is hella hot so I ask em if they can maybe get me some ice but they said they didn’t have any. But drive through was able to make ice and had the drinks cold so why couldn’t anyone get me one from there? It was a mess and they were all being super nasty attitude about it and I was tryna be nice. Got basically waved off. I’d just shut Wendy’s down it’s pass it’s time in these parts. Clearly you guys ain’t hiring someone who cares about their dignity of what they serve. When I got home I found my potato sideways and my fries barely filled. I promise I wasn’t being nasty myself so why do that to me? I should’ve been disrespectful like they were being. Should’ve got my money back

I am a regular customer at this Wendy’s. It seems every time I go here they always leave out parts of my order. If I find I’m missing something it is very inconvenient to go back in line or I find out when I get home. I don’t feel people should have to check their bag to make sure you received what you paid for. With this Wendy’s I highly recommend you always check every item in the bag. This to me is unfortunate, dishonest, not very good customer service because I do enjoy Wendy’s food. Maybe customer service training would help this business. If they can’t get this corrected soon or if this continues anymore I will decide to never go back. There are many fast food places that will be happy to serve with good customer service.

I had the chicken wrap and the chicken was dry. Fry’s we not very hot. I think the food was cooked ahead of time and set to the side. Doesn’t any place cook to order any more. Disappointed ☹️!!!

Been a few months or so since I been here.
Food was still pretty good. This time around my bun was old and dry and hard in some spots.
Service was great, people were nice.
Burger was little over warm not hot. Cheese was melted on the burger. Fries were warm too but not hot..

If you want to risk your health and well being be my guest! But this is what the establishments look like that you spend your money on. The cooler picture is where they are supposed to keep SALADS! And if I could post a video just showing the inside of the frosty machines with roaches all in them I would. This place is the only place I have ever been that stored raw meat on a shelf above VEGETABLES! Roaches everywhere. Worst place I have ever been really it’s sad. Also watch how you talk to anyone that works there. They are known to drop food and still serve it!

I used to go to this facility often but in the past year I have noticed service going down the drain! The most recent situation was when I wasn’t given the proper food after waiting 10 minutes for it. I then went inside to get the things they left out and saw it was dirty, multiple employees had their hair dangling over the food, a teenage kid with greasy long hair that looked like it hadn’t been washed in weeks picked up a disgusting trash can and lifted it over the grill right in front of me, and to top it off when we got home and took a bite into our burgers, they were still pink!!!

Went through here this morning to get breakfast and. ordered a biscuits and gravy. The biscuits looked okay, but the gravy looked like water. When my wife opened the container, it spilled all over it. We went back through the drive through and they immediately gave us a new one as they had one ready to go because they knew that the gravy was ad and running in the 1st place.
