As I was eating my Daves Double cheeseburger, I thought to myself something is missing, once I took the top bun off I noticed I had no lettuce. My wife ordered an apple pecan chicken salad and there was no bleu cheese. This seams to happen a lot at this Wendy’s.
Normally I like eat at Wendy’s, however if you are looking for a place to eat and happen to be driving through town I would skip this Wendy’s, that or make sure you dine-in so you can hold them accountable for when they mess up your order.

I wasn’t inside so I can’t comment on that but their service is excellent and friendly. We really enjoyed their food as it was very hot and fresh. We didn’t have to wait long to get our food.

Lady is drive thru was rude. She kept interrupting asking if we were done while we were ordering. Got our food and it wasn’t fresh. Fries were rubbery and the burger had so much lettuce and mayo u couldn’t see the patty.

Went through the drive thru…. Asked the 1st window how to use the rewards, the guys says. “I don’t know anything about them… Our manager is at the next window. She’ll know”
So she comes to the 1st window….. And she tells us you go into your app and then they’ll scan the barcode. I said so I can’t add them in the app. She said NO.
I went online and found….. Yes . You have 24 hours to claim them.
And I’m mad bc I got all the way home and they forgot my cookie. Uggh

I’ve been here quite a few times. The food is always decent. However, the most recent visit ended up with a hair in my mouth off my burger. They also totally ignored the instructions to leave lettuce and mayo off the chicken sandwich.
I called to see what they could do to make it right. I had already driven 15 minutes home. Upon calling they seemed to be very inconvenienced by me. They told me the only thing I could do is drive all the way back to show them the problem. I did drive back and they didn’t even look at the food. They just remade it.
Why couldn’t they be like every other fast food restaurant I’ve dealt with and put my name on a list for replacement food next time I’m there?
