Wendy’s has gone downhill. No matter which location I visit, the fries always taste like they have been cooked hours in advanced and are always soggy. I get charged for medium biggie bag meals which is not what I ordered but of course no receipt given, like always. I wont be wasting my money on Wendy’s anymore.

To preface; This location has given me consistently half cooked bacon in the past, and has never added the extra cheese as I pay extra for in the app. This location normally atleast gets the food correct, other than skipping the extras. But this location is right off of route 7, so quick to get to for me.
On today’s visit, I received my food after ordering on the app 45 minutes in advance. When I got home, I noted they had forgotten my 10pc chicken nuggets. Fine, I submit a request with Wendy’s support for my money back for the missing item. I then eat my fries, and when I unwrap the hamburger, lettuce falls out. I ordered a Baconator, not a Dave’s double. This meal was completely ruined for the money I paid, and I have now submitted a refund request for the entire order.

Don’t go there for breakfast. Woman running the drive-thru window gave me the wrong order. Then, was very rude and disrespectful when is asked for the rest of the order. I asked for the manager and the young trainee standing by quickly piped up the she was the manager. I cut my losses and just left. Don’t know if any of that carries over to prep, but I will never go there again.

I just went through the drive through at 10:25 and they refused to serve me breakfast after they just let the car in front of me order and they still had their breakfast menu up. terrible start to my day will not be coming back

I don’t normally make posts. However, upon going through the drive-through, they didn’t get my order correct so I went in. They forgot my fries and upon getting them the lady at the front who handles the money grabbed a For a container with no gloves on and put the fries in it. Just gross

Every time I come here they get my order wrong. I usually let it go, but this time I asked for plain cheeseburger got Mayo which I’m lactose intolerant. Also ask for strawberry sweet tea and got strawberry lemonade. So I basically just wasted my money. I will never go back.

They could be busy as ever or slow it doesn’t matter the food is never right and the cheeseburger buns are always hard, fries are never fresh and only half filled. I got a 10 piece the other day and they all looked like these.. happens every time!

First of all the drive through menu is severely outdated, tried to order 3 separate things that were no longer available, second of all my order was 1 arisago chicken sandwich meal, 1 classic with nothing on it, and a spicy one, what I got when I opened the bag once I drove home was 3 classics with lettuce tomato and bacon. Two of three were supposed to be large meals. I got 2 large drinks but only got 2 fries and only one was a large. I will not be going back to this Wendy’s as it has been similar issues everytime I’ve gone to the Proctorville for last couple years.

I wanted to say thank you to the manager Amanda for going above and beyond during the snow storm. Everyone coming in last minute before the whole town shut down. And she keeps it going with a smile on her face. I couldn’t put up with people like me lol. I apologize. I know they’re wanting to get home safely to their families as well as everyone else. She’s always great! I tried to send it straight through the app, but it wasn’t working.
