I stopped here to get a few crispy chicken blt’s. It was about lunch hour, so it did take a little while as expected. I went inside and placed my order to go. I used the men’s restroom while inside, which was clean. The food was fine, would purchase again.

Staff has a lot to learn about customer service and the value of a dollar. The app helps save money but only if you order online…there are options that are available in store that are not available online and it can get confusing. The teenage staff os little to no help at all…I think I ended up paying more using the app than without. Also, when you buy a large fry you want a large fresh and hot dry.. .not at this Wendy’s. Here you get a medium fry served cold in a large box with a large price tag. The best part of the experience is the ridiculous amount of drink options to choose from, both regular and sugar free options galore!

The worst, most disrespectful and unprofessional fast food place I’ve been at, in the 48 states that I drive semi truck. “Patience” needs some work on the grill because she obviously was never taught “customer service .” When I walked in she was texting and continued to after looking up at me and then walked away as I stood there to order..what, because I have tattoos and muscles that gives you the right to “mistreat” the working man?!…luckily a very pleasant and hard working gal named Kelsey came and took my order and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome at the Wendys here in Gallipolis Ohio..this girl “Kelsey” should be the closing manager. I’m gonna write corporate headquarters’s for Wendys as well here in Ohio. I work 70-90 hours a week, I provide for my 5 yr old, I don’t deserve to be looked down at like “patience” did to me…put your phone away and learn how to take food orders with a smile, even if u are faking it.. i was a manager for Wendys, I know the work is hard and tedious at times, put those feelings away.. or quit. I absolutely cannot stand going to a drive thru and you have a $10 order and they pull you up to the front of the building. Then you have to wait for your food and the next 2 cars orders so they can bring it out all at once. Plus my wife and I got sick after eating here. Not saying it was from their food but….
