I’m so glad we finally made it out to Randy’s Bar & Grill in Granbury! We really enjoyed everything about our visit. The service was exceptional—every single person we interacted with was so friendly and welcoming. The food portions were very generous, and everything we ordered was delicious and came out pretty quickly. We also tried two bar drinks, and both were excellent. Whoever is behind the bar clearly knows what they’re doing!
We will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Had the chicken fried steak- mashed potatoes- green beans. Cds & green beans excellent. Mashed potatoes okay- not as warm as I like. My waitress was excellent- wish I could state her name. Nice atmosphere with a decent price. You will not be disappointed. They also serve breakfast.

Everything was amazing!
My man definitely enjoyed the fried pork chops, I got the chicken fried steak, it was a little tough & a lot to consume. I don’t think I personally would get it again but it was good!
We absolutely killed the beef queso & rolls, the rolls were super soft and the cinnabutter to go with it was delicious too! Reminds me of TRH. Rolls were demolished before I could take a picture lol

Randy, first things first—your staff is fantastic. We’ve been coming in for a few years now, and the service has always been consistently friendly and on point. In a small town like Granbury, that kind of hospitality goes a long way and is a big reason we keep coming back.
That said, over the past year or so we’ve noticed the food quality slipping a bit. One visit I ordered the hot wings and unfortunately they were spoiled. I only ate a small amount before realizing something wasn’t right and ended up getting sick later. I did send them back, and I know things happen, but it definitely stuck with me.
Another item we usually love is the Pirate Shrimp, grilled. The flavor is great—seriously yummy—but getting the shrimp off the skewer is a bit of a wrestling match. They tend to stick so tightly that the only way to get them off is by using your hands. A quick trick might be soaking the wooden skewers beforehand; that usually helps food slide off a lot easier and keeps diners from having to go full “hands-on seafood experience” at the table.
And finally, the Potato Skins. Now, in the world of bar food, potato skins are pretty classic: a baked potato cut in half, the inside scooped out a bit, then the skin loaded up with bacon, cheese, a little potato, and served with sour cream or ranch. Yours, however, are more like a russet potato that’s been speared and topped with queso. If they’re popular—and hey, they might be—keep them! But maybe they deserve their own name, because calling them “potato skins” might leave a few bar-food purists scratching their heads.
All that said, we really do enjoy coming in and appreciate the great staff and atmosphere. Just hoping the kitchen can get back to the level it used to be, because this place has all the ingredients to stay a local favorite.

I have not had such a good dining experience in quite some time! Our waitress Falyn was extremely attentive to all of her tables, as well as very kind. The food was absolutely immaculate! The price was a lot lower than what you’d expect for how amazing everything was. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. 10/10 Will be frequenting this place again! The chicken tenders were tender and juicy, the rolls were exquisite. The salad was good, the steak and taters was quite unique as well as astounding. My steak was cooked just right, so juicy and tender the loaded baked potato was very good as well! I tried a wide variety of food here. I would recommend it all.

Had the 12oz Rib Eye. Was prepared perfectly but did not have much flavor but still good. I prefer bolder flavors.
The Pirate Shrimp was good. The Fried Jalapeno’s were delicious and had a nice bite to them.
My sister enjoyed the Catfish, and said she is very picky so that gives them high marks. Not my thing.
My wife got the Steak & Taters which she recommended. She accidentally ordered the Sweet Potato Casserole which she described as the Bomb.com!!!!

The catfish was moist lightly cornmeal breaded and the randys fry’s were very good the mashed potato’s are fresh homemade not box the rolls are similar to golden corrals rolls very good the fried pickle tray was just right not all moist or to much breading just the right amount noting was overly salted or seasoned incorrectly basically everything the picture shows online is what you get my waitress was New York Donna and she was awesome friendly and personable

My Hubby and I go out to Randy’s every Friday and have lunch with a bunch of crazy people. We have a special girl that waits on us every weekend – Kylee! She provides every little thing we need and she does it so smooth and she’s funny, fun, and she has a beautiful personality and we just love to death. It’s just a very. “Cheers” style atmosphere, and it is easy to be there and hang out for the day for real! Often, we’ll see Randy stopping by to say Hi. We just love Randy’s.. and the hostess Anne-Marie is just an awesome lady and she makes sure that we’re ready to go when we meet for lunch on Fridays there.

Blueberry pancakes were very tasty and huge. They were raw in the middle, though. Luckily, they were large enough to just eat around the edge.

This restaurant is worth your time and money! ✅✅✅It checked all my boxes affordable, tasty, and speedy services! Thank you for great customer service….. Ashley was our waitress and she did an excellent job and it was very busy. We appreciate you Ashley and the cooks!
