this location is absolutely DISGUSTING. flies EVERYWHERE, I told an employee and she blamed it on the weather and the frequency of the doors being opened. service is terrible as well. constantly understaffed (which isn’t exactly their fault) but cause’s ridiculous wait times, especially in the drive thru lane. several employees are disrespectful and don’t care about treating customers with respect. avoid this location at all costs.

Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich combo with a sour cream and chives baked potato and asked for butter. I paid to have bacon added to the sandwich. This is what I got… a grilled piece of chicken. No bun, no tomato, no bacon, no lettuce, no sauce, JUST A DRY PIECE OF CHICKEN. Oh and the baked potato, it had chives….that’s it. My drink didn’t even have ice. The WORST Wendy’s ever! I’ve contacted corporate to try to get my money back.

I went to the drive thru at about 10pm. It was very very close service. I the line was long with cars. There must have been one person cooked and collected money that night. I had fried chicken sandwich. It was seasoned but mostly crust.

The score would have been better had they gotten out order right. The food was good, but not only did it take long, but it was wrong. Plus, the workers seemed to try and rush us from the window after they took their time getting our food to us.

My family and I came in to eat at about 3:30 pm may 17 2023 & the lady at register seemed as if she was new . The order was rang up incorrectly & once we realized the problem I tried to ask for the correct food . The female manager with blonde hair ended up coming up to the counter and was very rude . She asked me what food was wrong and needed fixed as I began to explain it she cuts me off and says “ I know what it needs “ . If you knew what it needed why was you asking me and you didn’t need to be rude about it or interrupt me. Then her and the lady from the counter started arguing back and forth. At this point I should’ve asked for a refund because the customer service was ridiculously rude and my food had already came out wrong .

Ordered my food got all the way home 25 minutes down the road and my sandwich is missing. The other Sandwich had Raw meat. Talk to the manager Ken and he swore up and down that I only ordered one sandwich and that’s why I only got one. He also said the meat was supposed to be pink. I went out to the car and found my receipt and found that I ordered and paid for 2. Then he hangs up on me, so I called back and asked to talk to him again and he hangs up the phone again without saying anything. I call back a third time and he tells me to get ahold of the GM tomorrow & that they won’t refund me just make me another one. Bull Shyt. Serve me Raw food and forget half of my order then want me to drive a 50 min round trip to come get the one they forgot to give me from a smart mouth guy that hangs up on me? I’m not taking his spit sammich I WILL NEVER EAT FROM WENDYS ON WAYNE AVENUE EVER AGAIN!

I don’t usually like to criticize, but I must say, this Wendy’s location is incredibly dirty. Flies are present everywhere, and the service is quite slow. The cashier was multitasking, taking orders while also asking a customer how to apply for jobs very unprofessional.
