There were multiple people in the lobby and drive thru waiting 30-45 minutes. One cooked walked out while eating through a crowd of hungry customers. Drive thru customers were comitin to check on their food. There was no one at the register to take money. If I could give this a -5 stars, I would.

The food is to par with what you’d expect, however, they simply don’t have enough employees or something. On more than one occasion we have waited for in excess of 30 minutes or even longer. You could get served in a sit down restaurant faster.

I’ve been to this location several times to pick up food for other people and it’s always a long wait time. The last time I went there was an entire lobby full of people waiting and the employees barely communicated with anyone. One of the managers said “don’t worry about it because no matter what you do they are going to complain anyway so just take your time”. This location isn’t always bad and there are a handful of mindful workers but don’t be surprised if it takes you forever to get your food and they act like you’re the problem.

I ordered a double cheeseburger extra pickles. The cheese wasn’t melted because my burger was cold. Fries was barely luke warm. But the young lady that took my order was very pleasant and nice. And she smiled.

Worst McDonald’s ever. They never have anybody working from 5:30 to 8:00 when people are going to work. Trying to get coffee. I sat in the lawn for 15 minutes sat at the speaker. Actually waiting to have my order taken for I know 4 minutes and they kept moving. The outer lane never came back to the inner Lane. Horrible. Absolutely horrible

By far the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to. Every time I try getting food here, it’s always old nasty food that’s sat under the heat lamp for God knows how long. We got tried again recently, got McChickens and they were hard to the point my girlfriend couldn’t eat them. Not to mention the night shift employee’s always having an awful attitude. Never again

I’m not even from this town and I’m just passing through working at a plant down the road…… in two times of me coming in there…. getting crappy food and crappy service…. like for instance this morning October 18, 2025 6am, drive-thru is open and I’m the only one on the property besides the employees…. I pull up to the order screen in the Drive-Thru and she asked me to wait…. I waited for about 10 minutes as it made me late for work and all I wanted was a coffee…… instead I pull around there see her on the phone in the window putting the drawer in there……
as a business if you’re open shouldn’t your drawer already be in place you ready to take business????
there’s a real problem with this store and it’s starting with the management and if you just look at the comments it’s repeating and not being fixed
