Ordered via mobile app. Employees at the drive-through were friendly, and I thought this was going to be a better experience than recent trips, but….Then it went downhill. My sandwich was ordered with no mustard and had mustard on it. When we took it inside for a remake, the cook argued aggressively that it was made correctly, even though the receipt said no mustard, and there was mustard on it. Then he threw it down aggressively in the trashcan yelling about having to remake it. Like it’s coming out of his paycheck and it’s a big ask to just get what we ordered. When I opened the new sandwich, it was clear that he threw it together out of spite… it was a hot mess, as shown in the pics here.

We ate in the dining room. It was clean. Waited to order while 1 employee filled the frosty machine & 1 leaned on the counter & 1 was scrolling on her phone. The burgers in the 6 dollar meal had been cooked much earlier & were far from fresh or warm. It appears staff cooks several burgers ahead & allows them to sit around.

Ordered breakfast meal which comes with coffee I asked for a ice water also to cool down coffee she said I got water I don’t get coffee she got manager I had to explain myself got my coffee and I said I needed cream and sugar manager dumped in large amount of cream and other girl went to dump in 2 packs of sugar which I only wanted one I told her I would put in sugar omg Xenia working in fast food isn’t rocket science

Went thru the drive thru Oct. 23 around 6:30. It took 35 minutes to go thru the single line , there were 5-6 cars ahead of me. Then once I get my food, the fries were cold. The chili was watery, pretty much tomato soup. The spicy chicken sandwich was missing the lettuce. It’s usually slow here but this was ridiculous. Never again!

We first go through drive thru and they say it will take 5-10 to take an order. We go to a different place and come back and now try the counter and there’s maybe 5 people, my daughther orders 1 chili and they first charge it and a couple of min. They give her cash because apparently they don’t have any chili. What type of fast food place is this and it seem like it they where being racist because everybody that has order food has got there food order. I swear this fast food places are all over the USA but the employees don’t have no customer service or desire to work. No cars in premises at all!

They all look the same. This a hit and miss depending on Manning. They seem to have low Manning a lot. I been cursed at by others for waiting 15 mins at the speaker to order for example. Finally came to take my order… inside same… might get oder and food quick and might be good 45 mins or longer. Hit and miss…

This is a favorite stop for us. We can eat here for a little over $22! That’s for three of us! We get three Biggie Bag meals and a couple extras and we are good too go, though we eat in mostly. The place sounds a bit loud since they used the industrial style of construction when they rebuilt several years ago. But if I can feed three people for that kind of money, I’m all in!
