Horrible service. Tried to order at counter and said I had to use Kiosk, which is understandable. When I received my order, I asked for new Mac Sauce and was told it was $0.25 each. I said I tried to add to my order on the kiosk and was told “oh yeah, doesn’t work there” and proceeded to take $.50 on the cash register. The place was a mess, and the play area looked like a tornado hit it. We got our food to go and went to a near by park. The photos don’t do it justice. I just wanted to leave asap.

Severely understaffed like many places, but the ordering kiosk format ends up creating a huddled mass of customers waiting at the opening to the kitchen. Staff was friendly and helpful once you grabbed their attention. No table tents at the kiosks and no table service, even if you select dine in they just shout the number at the top of the recipient. Empty napkin holders, dead and empty hand sanitizer stations. Tables not bussed. Food was fine, standard stuff for McD. Other locations in the area are just overall better maintained.

My husband I were in the mood to go to McDonald’s for lunch, we ordered the grimace meal including the shake, the shake tastes like birthday cake and I thought it was pretty good. The one thing about inside the restaurant the dining area weren’t wiped off there were still straw papers ,toy wrappers and napkins all over on the seats and under the table. The play place was kind of sad it wasn’t massive and all they had was like a digital coloring and said like the usual Nintendo 64 stuff and yes I am a 90s baby. Probably wouldn’t come back here not because of the food.

Possibly the sloppiest McDonald’s I have ever been too. Hamburgers were literally put together sideways in the wrapping paper. Pickles stacked and not spread out. Ketchup all over the place, and for some reason they were pretty greasy.

Just really the most awful McDonalds in the area. Constant inconsistencies with the menu. (That size is out of stock, we don’t carry that item anymore, out of date happy meal toys, etc.) 10 minute drive thru experiences every time, another 10 minutes to wait AGAIN because you forgot someone and their doors are closed before 9pm. Just awful.

Wow, Mickey D’s in the Cedar Mills neighborhood has gone UPSCALE! I went through the drive-through and of course the food items were McDonald’s…the new ice cream formula is more like ice milk than ice cream IMHO…BUT the new outside landscaping is absolutely gorgeous!
