I and my family rarely eat in, but order drive through with some regularity. The management run a tight ship with emphasis on fast service and freshly made food. Inside the dining areas and bathrooms are well maintained. I have only good things to say which simply isn’t the case with most burger joints. That’s why I keep going back. Ease of access, handicapped access, ample parking, and nice people.

After driving over 2 hours in the country and FINALLY reaching civilization, I encountered this restaurant and thought I would grab me a sandwich…bad idea! Fries were burnt and old, sandwich had a soggy tomato and entirely too much mayonnaise on the OUTSIDE of the sandwich, and not one napkin! Seriously?! I didn’t even bother going back inside to fix it because I could tell nobody gave a crap…just pathetic.

Way over priced for what you get. I quit buying Frosty because the kids are trained they get a bonus for not filling up the cups that are already shrunken down and over priced. The fries were good the 2 times out of the last 10 times I got them, they are usually cold and only half filled. More bonus for the kids I guess? Rumor has it the chicken is lab grown meat because it is so thin and there is no more chicken breast sandwich anymore. That little cup of chili is worth $2.49 at most. Applebee’s, wings etc, BW3, Bob Evans and more have much more food that’s hot, fresh and more affordable than Wendy’s now. They went from being my #1 go to down to way off my list. Its a shame

What the what?? How can the food be so bad the service worse than the food it seems like the morale is so bad there. If it’s like that, why wouldn’t you just get a new job? Can’t get hot coffey for real I can’t say more just don’t go there .And don’t ask for to go because they don’t do that…

I really don’t understand how your staff can get orders wrong every time it’s absolutely astonishing because I know toddlers that can count to 3 but adults at your store can’t. Your service is disgusting.

The food was ok, fries and chili were cold like always, I asked for a potato instead of fries so there’s that. The employees were very nice and polite they just have a hard time getting orders right.

like 5 minutes after i placed my order my dasher was already headed my way, they definitely didn’t cook it all the way and it gave me horrible food poisoning.

This makes the 3rd and last time for this store. Last 2 times I had an item missing, which I let go…BUT THIS LAST TIME, over half of my order was missed… $60 spent. Called to ask for a full replacement order due to food missing and being cold. Manager refused and only offered to replace what was missing. Well something was missing from everyone’s individual items. He didn’t care how long it would take to get back up there, or the extra gas or that my kids would’ve ate cold food! When the restaurant screw up, the whole order should be replaced with a receipt which I had. $60 plus down the drain. AND I was the only car in the drive thru!! You lost my business for good!!!
