This was a wonderful treat. I had just finished game announcer a robotic event at a local High School and needed dinner. I googled local restaurants and Sasquatch Jack’s came up.
I started off with a Stout local beer from Lake Time Brewery:
“Oreo Speedwagon”. Darlene suggested it and Zed gave me the history of the beer.
Dinner started with a bowl of chili with cheese and sour cream. The meat was rich and hearty. Really “bangin’ !”
I then got the Sasquatch Burger. It was a double decker burger with all the timings. A full pound of meat! I am full, but still comfortable.
The staff was amazing. They were knowledgeable, attentive, but gave me space. I can’t wait to go back!

We both got burgers (one beef, one bison) and they were delicious! I asked for my bacon to be burnt (because I dislike flimsy bacon) and they did it just how I wanted. Burnt to crispy perfection. Staff was great, wait time for our meal was perfect, and we left stuffed!

The french fries were cooked yesterday or last week and warmed in a microwave. The fries were cold when served too. Yuk. I had the fish and it wasn’t very good. My wife had a burger and soup, which she liked. Our son had chicken and a side. He said it was ok. Total bill with tip, $62.00.

I’ve tried tenderloins all over Iowa and I have to say this was by far the best one! The place definitely has its own look! The staff was amazing and very attentive. We will be going back!

Food was excellent! Waitress was by herself but she did a wonderful job taking care of everyone. I wish it was closer for us but we will get back there.

Our waitress was very awesome; great service! The food was delicious and promptly brought out. I had the new Ruben Wrap, which I highly recommend. My wife had some sort of sandwich. The name escapes me now, but you can look at the pictures… Lol.. The sasquatch decor is a hoot too! Will definitely come back.

Went for the onion rings after seeing a picture on reviews and were not disappointed. Absolutely delicious! Onion rings were thin, light and crispy. Monte Cristo sandwich was uniquely smokey. The French fries were so yum! Absolutely would go back to try more!

Great atmosphere at Sasquatch Jacks but the food was a little disappointing. The breaded wings were barely breaded and the spicy bbq sauce was not what I was expecting. The onion rings that another reviewer claimed as the “best they’ve ever had” were not worth it. They do have a nice selection of burgers and the Sasquatch burger was really good. Go here for some drinks and a good hang, but don’t expect more than standard bar food.

Found this fun gem in the VERY, VERY, LONG, BORING state In Iowa lol. The food was so good. The atmosphere was amazing and the service was phenomenal! Not sure if he was the manager or owner but he was amazing he talked to us alot about the area and what is there and made jokes about the area and about how boring it was. Lol definitely a fun place to visit. He loved my sasquatch tattoo also.

The food is amazing! I ordered the Mac & cheese burger, while my mom ordered “the big smoky” (pulled pork with German slaw), both with extra crispy fries. The burger was incredibly moist and was pulled high with extra cheesy Mac & cheese. Her sandwich was perfectly smoked and tender and the slaw gave it the perfect mixture of sweet, smoky, and a little heat and tang. The fries were absolutely perfect.
The restroom was unfortunately not great; one stall was dirty while one didn’t have a lock and there was no soap available.
All in all, a perfect lunch. We’ll definitely be back when we’re in the area again.
