Today I have a chili cheese fries check out that portion it was definitely fully loaded fries everything was well balanced. I was acknowledged it as soon as I walked in the store and my bag was being taped up as I headed towards the counter. I had a friendly conversation with what I guess to be the supervisor and was thanked. I also ordered the crispy chicken sandwich. Everything I asked to be eliminated or added was correct. Highly satisfied with my carryout experience today at this location. PS you get the best deals and save the most money on the app

I love Wendy’s but today was ridiculous. Night shift is usually amazing however. I ordered two chili cheese baked potatoes, a chicken nugget and chicken sandwiches. We even ordered extra cheese and didn’t even get it. It had little chili in it (not even the normal amount(, hardly any cheese in it (which is a huge shock) not even the normal amount, our drinks weren’t carbonated and had no flavor (soda was out) and the wait time on top of it was very long. I usually trust this Wendy’s but this ruined it for me. Please do better morning shift, this was insane.

Put in an online order this morning, 2 chicken sandwich combos and the drinks were watered down and had no flavor. The chilli cheese baked potatos were dry with hardly a bean or 2 in each. I also paid for extra cheese this was also not added. The night shift is when you want to go here not the morning. Not big on complaining but you all had no cars in the drive threw and an empty parking lot.

Ordered a cheeseburger with NO tomatoes for dinner. Apparently that was just a suggestion because it came out loaded with them. I’m allergic, so instead of dinner I got anaphylaxis and had to use my EpiPen. Nothing like ending your day with a medical emergency instead of a meal.
The food itself was gross — sloppy, sad, and tasted like it had already given up.
My drink had three ice cubes. Not exaggerating. When I asked for more, the employees said they’d “already put ice in it” and went right back to chatting like I wasn’t standing there trying to survive both the food and the attitude.
If disappointment were a combo meal, this would be it.

This Wendys is the absolute worst every time, never again. The workers are always impatient, rude, or too incompetent to follow orders/do their job correctly. I was just rushed through my order, sat at a window for 10 minutes when I’m the only car there, and I get my food and ICE cold and tastes absolutely terrible. I can’t even finish this garbage. You can see the crusties on the side of the bread from how long it’s been sitting and getting stiff

Worst Wendy’s I’ve ever visited. 1 car in drive thru, waited 14 minutes for someone to take my order. Didn’t happen. I went inside and waited another 10 minutes. Manager decided to show her face and instead of taking my order, she complained about having to unload the truck behind the restaurant. Unacceptable. Takes less than 90 seconds to take an order, she refused to do that and argued she didn’t have enough time but had time to argue about everything else. Will NOT visit this location EVER AGAIN.
