In the past I have been extremely disappointed with this Wendys. There is such a high turnover even with managers. I would like to say they have improved! Finally they are moving the drive thru line! Not as fast as it should be but a thousand times better than before! 8 am seeing so much improvement in food accuracy, not messing up the orders, the food is not sloppy made like before, and it’s so much cleaner than it was! I honestly feel like the team is working better together and that in itself is absolutely awesome, tangible improvement. They still need to work on a few things, but they are getting there! Awesome turn around by a restaurant that was extremely disgusting, but now is definitely a nice place to eat again! The employees need to be rewarded because they made this happen!!!

Very professional and quick and efficient. I drove to this one from the Red Bank location and let me tell you. It was a way better experience. The woman who took my order was professional, my order was completed quickly. Everything was fresh and tasted great☺️

We use to go to Wendy’s all of the time years ago…but now we might go once every couple of years. I do like that the burgers taste different. Kind of like how a whopper from BK tastes different from others as well. Idk if they still have that Frosty key chain five years ago or so… But if so we would definitely probably come back more often. Their chicken nuggets are the best compared 6o McDonald’s and BK! They do need to change their rewards on their app. So far I haven’t seen another fast food come any where close to what McDonald’s offers in their app and when you buy food at McDonald’s, Wendy’s does not reward with meat as many points. This location is clean and I remember when they opened it up maybe 7 years ago ish…it’s close by and that’s good too

So I work at this location, I’m a closing manager and I’ve been there for almost a year. When I started, everything was dirty and wasn’t being done right. We finally got rid of those who were dirty but that left us short staffed which explains why our dinning room is never open and why our drive thru is slow.

The prices are insanely high for food that isn’t even that good! They have a 30 minute limit of being in their store even if you’re eating and they kick you out! They do not let you use their charging outlets there! I have never seen a Wendy’s this crazy! They charge you taxes for to go orders!

Have gone here twice and neither times were pleasant experiences. No one seems like they want to help us- there’s 5 people all standing by the drive thru window talking and we just stood waiting for a couple minutes to order. The first time we went they had like no sodas in stock or chocolate frostys. Food was fine- kinda cold but whatever.

Worked here everyone is lazy and ignorant and act like it’s there first job there’s tons of flies in the back where everyone works, chili meat has been sitting in the freezer for who knows how long people love touching fries and nuggets with there hands and the fountain drink taps never get cleaned nor does the ice maker something always broken and your food will NEVER be fresh under two circumstances and that’s either if you ask for it or if there busy but not the patties

Fairly nice place to stop and get some Wendy’s. The staff took the order properly and food came out quickly. Food tasted as expected, pretzel bun tasted fresh.

Beware. This Wendy’s is very sensitive about their outlets. Build a nice seating area but ask guests to leave if they touch an outlet, heaven forbid. It’s BYOO here, bring your own outlets.
