Left work drove 10 to get lunch. Drove back to work, found out did not get what I ordered. Instead some nasty looking sandwich! The girl at drive thru wasn’t even paying attention. She was not looking at me while handing me my order but talking to other employees. Stopped going for awhile because service was so bad! Guess there’s been no improvement!!

This morning at 6am I pulled through the drive thru in desperate need of a powerade (I’ve been so sick and none of the other restaurants have powerade anymore) and something small to eat in order to take my medicine. I pulled up and asked if they had powerade and he said yes, and then I ordered an oatmeal bar. He said they didn’t have them anymore and was really nice about it it’s not his fault they didn’t have it. I got up to the window and he said he forgot to ask me what flavor powerade I wanted and I said blue. That would be my luck they don’t have blue powerade lol. He listed off the other flavors and I chose a different one and it was totally fine I wasn’t upset or anything, but when I kept trying to pay for it the manager said no no it’s on us sorry for not having what you wanted just give us a review on the wendyswantstoknow thing– we’ll I didn’t get a receipt so I couldn’t leave a review there. I hope this review here will suffice. It was a very pleasant experience even though they didn’t have what I wanted and I really appreciated the customer service. The manager mentioned his name on the speaker but I forgot so Dec 1st 6am whoever the manager was this day, you’re awesome

My thoughts…I’ve always like Wendy’s Spicy Chicken Sandwich so trying this new Hot Honey version got me all excited. I liked the addition of the habanero hot honey sauce and the fried crunchy dill pickles. Overall, a decent sandwich. I’d like to add that the food was served fresh and hot. The staff was smiling and happy ro help! I will be back!

This establishment does not allow the doordashers at night to use their restrooms even though the dashers are quite literally doing them a service by delivering food for their business. This lacks respect to the dashers and it should be common courtesy.

Worst Wendy’s around it takes forever to get thru the drive thru, they ain’t never busy and it’s a joke for it to take 30 mins in the drive thru when two cars are in front of you.new management is needed here been this way since COVID! Every time I go here, it takes upwards of 3-5 minutes between orders. It’s like they can only process one order at a time from beginning to end (from the voice box to handing over food). It often means that you wait 20 minutes or more before ordering. It’s the ONLY Wendys in town too, so they still get all the business. I get being short staffed or having a rough day, but every single time? Something needs improved.
Also I wrote this whole review while waiting in line. By the time I press send, we’ll have moved forward by one car. This is ridiculous

Part of the order was missing. The sandwiches were ordered with no lettuce and add onion. Both sandwiches not only came with lettuce but the lettuce had dirt on it and the onion was non existent. I had already called about the missing food the lady was really nice gave me a credit for it I didn’t want to call back about the incorrect order or dirty lettuce. Somebody needs to do a better job! If I hadn’t have had an appointment to get to I would’ve drove back to the restaurant and took back the incorrect sandwich’s. At least the dog in joyed them.

The manager William is amazing came in with 7 different orders he ran cash register ran out orders and helped me with all 7 orders was super kind nice interacted with customers stocked and was a top tier guys really liked him and will start coming inside more all because of him super kind guy also all this during noon lunch rush props the the whole team thank you William !
