This Wendy’s employed an elderly woman, who I’d imagine is getting decimated by this economy. She put a smile on my face today and I wish I had cash to give her a big tip. The staff is always friendly, help you out, and it’s clean. This location turned my opinion of Wendy’s completely around. Whoever is managing this store and franchise, you’re doing a great job!

Called In order, was told 35 minutes I arrived in 20 minutes, checked in at register, was told they didn’t have an order for me, I checked my phone with restaurant number, it was correct, I redialed the number the woman answered in front of me, yes correct number a, I phoned my card service number they verified charge at this address store number. 30 mins now in the store, woman at counter rechecked area and came to the counter with a grease soiled thru bag said this bag was a remake of our order. I Took the bag and left, upon arriving my office I opted the bag to have my lunch. The food looked eaten on, and a three quarter full cup with what appeared to be a coffee with cream in a clear cup! I didn’t order a drinks, maybe a comp due to the earlier mishap lost order. NOPE! This cup had coffee and some type of cleaning agent in it with something ,not grounds ,on the bottom. They it all away in fear of contamination, not stopping there again, suggest you don’t either. Sorry restaurant you could have severely hurt or killed my family

This is one thing I hate about going to the drive-thru You never know what you’re going to get. I should have checked it. Usually I don’t get enough ketchup. And it didn’t taste good because the bun was old, burnt and smashed. And I was really surprised by the price I know things are getting high but that’s just ridiculous.

I waited over 20 minutes in the lobby area waiting for my food and it was really annoying. They didn’t seem to have a problem reviving and making carry out orders so I don’t know how mine too so long.
Update: one of the guys behind the counter gave me some chicken nuggets for the wait. On my way out his manager (some lady with a southern accent who said she was from Covington said “she could have asked” l know I probably could have but no one was at the counter. she didn’t have to be so rude about it and could have helped me herself instead of letting tickets pile up at the counter.

I seriously love this Wendy’s. I mean it’s a franchise restaurant so you won’t find much different from a regular Wendy’s but the food is so good. It’s close to my work so I can just go and walk in, all of the staff is simply awesome, they’re super nice and lax +it’s newly renovated so it’s pretty nice inside too. Also if they forget to give you food they’ll give it to you if you just ask, especially if you have the receipt. It’s a nice place, the employees are awesome, and it’s just chill, plus the food is great.

I came here with my son. Sean, who took our order and helped you fill it, was extremely kind, helpful and accommodating! The food was pretty good. (Breakfast sandwich and a few minutes later… Some chicken nuggets.) The atmosphere was clean and pleasant. We especially appreciated the excellent service we received from Sean!
Extra note: FYI: French toast sticks were not or favorite: They are just two pieces of regular bread, cut in half, frozen, and tossed in the fryer. Everything else was great.

Great location. The manager noticed his coworker working the front register was busy tending to other duties and told me someone would be right with me. The acknowledgement let’s me know that my order will be taken as soon as someone is available, whereas otherwise waiting without such acknowledgement can leave people wondering whether their patronage is important. Order was taken quickly, and served nearly as fast as it was taken. Service was friendly, professional, and fast. The manager while tending to his duties in the dining area asked diners including myself how everything was. I was impressed not only with the service and the food which was as good as any other Wendy’s I’ve had, but also with the perceived level of pride the manager had in his work, which probably is responsible for how efficient this location operates. I don’t usually leave reviews on fastfood, but this was an exceptional level of service and I wanted those responsible for the experience to know their efforts are recognized and for others to know this is a great location.

We forgot to order an item and he refused to add it add the window. went inside and he refused to take my order. Made me go order at the drive thru. I had to wait behind a line of cars to order the one thing I forgot. Stupid and unnecessary waste of time.

I really don’t frequent Wendy’s, but because I have grandkids, I have been thru the drive thru 2x the last couple months. The 1st visited i was asked if I’d like to buy the deal to get the free Jr frosty thru the year? I paid for the deal (a key tag I believe) and got home to find that they took my money for it, but didn’t place it in the bag with my order it was for the foundation, so I just let it go.
Went thru the drive thru last week, 2 10pc nuggets,a fry,& a combo meal…$25
Needless to say, that was my last visit to Wendy’s.
