Went there on 07/22/2023. Gotta say best chicken nuggets, fries and cheeseburgers I’ve had at McDonald’s. Delicious. Would give 5 stars but don’t like pulling into a parking spot for Drive Thru orders.

Went in and immediately dealt with the manager Brandon I think is his name, his was very sassy, and extremely rude. He was completely put off by me coming in there and picking up an online order that my wife put in. Instead of helping me and getting the situation figured out he yelled and walked away while berating me about trying to steal food. This man has no right to be a manager if this is how he treats paying customers that are genuinely confused. The only saving grace was a little manager in training named Deara, she was an absolute angel and did everything she could to help me and got it figured out. I don’t know why she klisnt already a manager and the other guy fired. I will never return to this mcdonald’s ever again. Hopefully the upper management sees him for the terrible job he is doing.

I went to the McDonald’s I ordered my stuff with my friends it was all fine until I placed an order using my McDonald’s rewards points It took 30 minutes and two reminders for them to finally bring us our order then after that we ordered a milkshake and it wasn’t blended and it tasted funny, it took 10 minutes for it to arrive and as we were leaving we asked an employee a silly question and they replied with a vulgar answer implying my friend was fat. Overall, this experience was very bad and the service was horrible.

Went to pick up an order in the drive thru and asked to get an ice water. I pull up to get my orders and was given my water and I left as one would. The employee working the drive thru (this was around 11:45pm on a Sunday night) yelled at me as I almost left the property all because I apparently needed to pay .10 cents, that’s right, a dime. First off I wasn’t made aware that I would be charged and second, I was handed everything and was not told while I was at the window that I had to pay for anything.

Despite this location consistently forgetting items I still choose this McDonald’s over most in the area based on convenience. Word of advice. If they ask you to pull into one of the side spots outside of the drive thru they will forget something. I almost want to refuse to move to a spot because it takes so much longer. I might as well go inside, fill out an application, get hired and make the food myself. It would take less time. Good luck trying to get a refund if you ordered through the mobile app

They worry too much about getting their numbers right in drive thru so they have customers pull to the side and wait 30 min to an hour to get their food. If something is wrong in a customers bag they get an attitude with them and their eomplees, speaking about the managers by the way. The management is absolutely horrible. The only manager in there that is helpful is Victor.

They always make you pull off to the side for the drive thru and then it’s a guarantee that something is missing, wrong, or they forget about you. I avoid this McDonald’s at all cost. Not to mention the fact that their menu items are priced higher than other McDonald’s and I didn’t even know that was a thing.
