Why do you always give people that wrong food. We did not order 2 quarter pounders. There was supposed to be 1 QP and two snack wraps. You guys even had the audacity to put a checked for accuracy sticker on here but you still give the wrong order. Last 3 times I have gotten food here it has been absolutely disgusting.

Used 6000 points to get a free happy meal. When I got to the window the employee said it would be 11 cents. I told him the happy meal is free with the points I used on the given rewards code. I have used the code before (6000 earned points) and never had any issue before. The clerk said it was 10 cents for the milk and 1 cent for taxes. I explained that it didn’t make since for a free happy meal which comes with a milk. If I order a milk by itself it would be more than 10 cents so where did that number come from? I ordered right after breakfast stopped serving to get fresh hot fries. This did not happen. When I got the fires (after paying 11 cents for my “FREE” food) they were ice cold. Like most people I didn’t have time to go back and exchange them. I wrote to McDonald’s who completely ignored my comment about cold friend and simply said in an email, “we will request a refund of your 11 cents from the store in question.” I’m not worried about the refund of 11 cents but more concerned with why it even charged me or why an employee couldn’t make the executive decision to void the 11 cent charge. The supervisor even came over and said it shouldn’t charge you for that but did anyway. Why not just take off the charge? I thought McDonald’s would refund me some points or something for goodwill of a loyal customer. Instead they simply give me a cold answer of requesting an 11 cent refund and offering nothing else. I come to this McDonald’s every morning and night for breakfast and dinner. But this will be my last meal. The service is so beyond annoying the owner should be ashamed. Getting waited on if paying with cash is like hailing a taxi, none of the staff are ever working the front counter. Every meal I have gotten has been a mess, hardly wrapped and always just stuffed into the bag if I am eating in or carry out. I am just tired of such poor service I will have to find a new place to eat at too and from work. Side note, the music is so loud I cant even hear the cashier.

So I went through the drive-thru this morning ordered a steak egg and cheese bagel I get to work to sit down and enjoy my sandwich and find out that they didn’t put any steak on her why would I get a steak egg and cheese with no steak for I’ll just get an egg sandwich
The winter McDonald’s this morning and the black guy I ordered two sausage patties a scrambled egg and a coffee because I’m on a low-carb diet and then he repeats the order back to me and he brings me down for two patties a scrambled egg and a Coke when the lady repeated to him and said that I didn’t order a Coke he knew what he had done and plus she he”d me so I guess I’m going to have to start going back to dairy Queen which is right across the street basically

I’m not sure who the owners of this location are but they might want to talk to their staff about blatant disrespect! The girls at the window want to argue like I didn’t place an order… Okay but you gave me my food already and it’s correct and all I’m missing is my medium coke (mind you it’s sitting right in front of them). You would have thought I was asking them to give me a whole order. I know there was a little bit of a rush but telling the customer that they didn’t place an order isn’t what I would ever consider good customer service skills.

I ordered a double fish sandwich. You gave me a single. You didn’t give me napkins. You didn’t offer me ketchup. Your address on the receipt is different than your address online. Manager was one of the rudest people I have ever encountered. Never seen a store ran so bad in my life. Complete mess . Employees seem to lack guidance. Everyone just looks lost and not sure what they are doing. Basic customer service skills are lacking. Manager didn’t even seem like he was all there was on his phone the whole time .

dine in closed although google maps says it was open, two drive thru lines available, descent amount of vehicles in both lines, asked for medium combos although charged me for larges. food fine. big dip on public street when exiting, need street repaired, weird in and out from public street.
update: prices are higher here than at other local McDonald’s!!!
update: finally got to enjoy a big mac meal inside, nice pleasant interior, service was excellent.
