The last few times I’ve went they insist on changing .50 for any condiments, like they’re broke or something. I don’t like mayonnaise, so I typically order my sandwich without it and add honey mustard. Trying to figure out why I don’t get a discount for not putting lettuce and mayonnaise on my sandwich, yet I’m charged extra for prefering honey mustard. They definitely have some double standards going on with their process for charging their customers. I’m not really pressed about the 50 cents, I just can’t imagine how many people they’ve done it to. It’s just big business pushing around Americans. 10/10 do not recommend and will not be going back.

I had eaten here on Friday and with 1-2 hours after leaving started feeling unwell. As the time went on I started feeling worse and worse, by Saturday I was completely bed ridden with food poisoning. I know it was from this location because it was the only thing that I had eaten that day. I called today to make them aware of the situation now that I can actually speak without vomiting, and they had apparently not received any other calls of anyone else being sick so they had seemed like they didn’t care what so ever. So if anyone ate their hamburger Friday December 19th and you felt unwell after just know that you are not alone. I will not be returning to this location ever again after this.

This is what was ordered. Two large chili’s, one hot sauce, extra crackers. Drove to window, AFTER we paid, was handed the bag and told, we don’t have NO crackers. No sorry, no nothing, except we don’t have NO crackers. After we arrived home, opened bag and this is what we found. Two chili’s 3/4 full (not full), no crackers, no spoons, no hot sauce and no napkins. NOTHING was correct. Now what kind of Wendys manager would allow their store to run out of crackers. And what kind of person taking order would not tell customer, they were out of the very thing we wanted extra. Who do I blame, owner for not keeping an eye on his business and hiring a manager who doesn’t keep an eye on employees and employees who could care less. These are two people who will never return.

I sat in the drive-thru for 10-15 minutes at the order screen. Someone said over the speaker that they would be with me in just a moment. I sat there for 10-15 minutes waiting for someone to take my order. Meanwhile, there were five cars behind me and no one in front of me. The woman behind me ended up pulling out of line. I ended up leaving too. I can understand if they are short-staffed, but no one should be waiting 10-15 minutes to get their order taken.

Grilled chicken overcooked tonthe point of tasting like metal, lettuce on burger was from the hard part that I had to take off becuase I could not chew it the burger was dry. They didnt give me the cup for my drink and I didn’t ask for it and left because the person at the register seemed more interesting in getting back and chatting with the person at the drive window. I use to only go to Wendy’s for fast food becuse as far as fast food it was above the others but I might as well go to McDonald’s now. Won’t go back.

Late night after the Ohio Challenge, the drive thru line went out to the street. They handled the crowd well, if only a little bit cranky. They got the order perfect, which is a rare skill these days. Though I think we got the longest fries I’ve ever seen. Are those real potatoes??
