Walked in with 4 of us at 5pm and chaos erupted in the back. Worker was going to her break and told us we came in during a shift change and the staff was running around like chickens with their heads cut off. Took 15 minutes to get our order taken, and another 10-15 to get the food. Giving a 2 star because the social dynamic was entertaining to watch.
Edit: Also there was a wet sponge under the dining room table we waited at, and my friends girlfriend stuck her shoes on it, and the floor was very sticky.

This location is on my delivery route so I use it as my lunch break I usually go for the son of baconator sandwich and some fries and other things however this time I went and got the classic chicken sandwich minus the tomato and I was disappointed so if you want the other things they are great they came flat with the dry chicken sandwich plus there are two beautiful Mexican women in the back that work there and they’re friendly and kind I would stop by if I were you

I travel a lot as I am in sales. This is gonna be the nastiest and greasiest prepared food I have ate in a while. The staff was being yelled at by the manager, and the managers pretty well did not care what the quality of the food was because I watched them make the food.
The fry grease had the fries looking brown and they were not even fully cooked. The burger was pink in the middle, and the ketchup and mustard and stuff was so heavily put on the burger when I opened up the burger the whole wrapper was saturated in ketchup and mustard. Gross

I get food from this Wendy’s quite often and the food and service has been great! I did get one spicy nugget in my regular nuggets but I wasn’t going to complain. Tonight, I showed up at 10:30, craving Wendy’s, and no one would wait on me in the drive thru even though it says open until midnight. I understand it’s hard to find people to work, but update your website if you’re closing early so people don’t go out of their way to get food, and then let down.

This place was just fine for many years, but something must have happened with management or staffing. It’s been horrendously slow for at least several months now even when it isn’t busy, completely ruining the point of a fast food drive thru and making prices not worth it.

An absolute nightmare of a lunch. My apple pecan salad was just gross (I have had them at other locations and they are fantastic). They didn’t have Coke or Sprite, so my buddy and I just got water. My buddy ordered spicy nuggets and received regular. His nuggets and fries were coated in burnt grease sprinkles (that’s not pepper in the photo) from not changing their oil. I will add pictures soon. Don’t go to this Wendy’s.

I placed a mobile order and prepaid for my food, then had to wait 30 minutes in line during my lunch break. Finally I got to the window and they said they were no longer serving customers, at 1:30 pm on a Friday! They gave no reason, and I never got my food that I paid for via the app. I also couldn’t cancel the order so it was a total waste of money. NOT happy.

Came here again 6/15/23. Absolutely nothing was at the condiments bar. No napkins, no ketchup, no spoons. Charges for bbq sauce now. The 3 guys behind me tried to order 4 different kinds if drinks and were told they’re out of all of them. Forcing one to have to drink water. Then the cashier was going to leave the pop on the order but not give it to him. This is a horrible location. Whoever operates this location has turned it into one of the worst wendys ive ever been to
