My waitress handed me the menu and I ordered the cali club sandwich with fries. I saw they had a reward where if you make an account then you get a free dessert so I signed up. I had the offer on my phone and showed it to my waitress. She didn’t seem to know what it was but said I had to buy a dessert first to use the reward which didn’t say that for the reward.
So instead of arguing I just decided to use it another time. My sandwich came out quick and it wasn’t that good. The fries were not good either, I added salt and pepper with ketchup but it didn’t help. My dining experience here was average, you pay your bill at the host stand.

I placed an online order for curbside pickup. When I arrived, no one answered the phone despite multiple attempts. I eventually had to walk inside, and the host didn’t even greet me. I had to announce myself and say I was there for a pickup order.
She handed me the order, and when I politely said, “Thank you, have a nice day,” she didn’t reply. Once I got to work, I noticed the order had the wrong dressing and the wrong drink.
This was on Friday, 9/5, around noon. The server with two braids was handling the order, and on top of everything else, she was coughing openly During the interaction.
Overall, this was a disappointing experience — poor service, incorrect order, and health concerns.
