It would help if their employees had any clue what their food is supposed to be, or even, like, food in general. Ordered a bacon cheese baked potato, and apparently their staff has never seen bacon added to a baked potato before and instead of crumbles/chopped bacon added… whole slices of bacon. Pic from their website for what it is supposed to be v. what they served. They also provide “napkins” which were clearly stolen from a rest area off the interstate and would be great for writing letters to a loved one. Fries came half-filled. The frosty was the only thing done well.

The food was delicious, noticeably better than other Wendy’s experiences I’ve had. Warm, salty enough, not soggy, etc. The service was great, very courteous and fast. We didn’t have to wait at all, and it was obvious they cared about making a good experience for us. Restaurant was neat, clean, and quiet. I wish we lived closer!

I just had the Best Burger from Wendy’s Mainville. That Burger tasted better than any I have gotten from a sit in restaurant in this area. Also, my fries were crispy and hot. Compliments to the Chef!

I usually don’t go to Wendy’s because it seems like no location ever actually knows how to make the food and the locations are always dirty. Well this time was no exception, I ordered the Jr bacon cheeseburger ( which includes the lettuce) and tell me where can you see the lettuce. This is ridiculous won’t be coming back here again.

I took my lid off my cup to eat my ice and I see hair on top of my lid, I have red hair the hair on this lid is dark brown or a blonde. There is sticky stuff on the hair and I drank the whole drink before taking the lid off and seeing the hair. This location needs a lot of work from the management to the overall health of the establishment. I should not be seeing hair in my DRINK where it is UNDER the lid.

Welcome to the absolute worst Wendy’s location in the entire country. I have visited about 15 times and zero times out of 15 have been a positive experience. I have been insulted, received the wrong order, made to wait outside of the drive through for over 10 minutes because they needed to make items fresh only to receive incorrect items and not fresh food. The nuggets they serve are the worst non edible things I’ve ever seen. I asked for fresh nuggets one time and they were making fun of me through the window. Last night was the last straw. I asked for a plain double cheeseburger and received a single cheeseburger with everything on it. Never again. I will drive down the road to the kings island location.

Drive thru. Waited forever. After we paid we had to wait 20 minutes for a burger and fries. They still forgot the drink. The staff seemed like they hated life.

I went thru the drive thru to get lunch while working today. I work less than 5 min. From this Wendy’s. I ordered a baconator and baconator fries. It was before 11am and they stop selling breakfast at ten thirty a m.At this location.. I figured everything would be hot and fresh… the fries were cold … They didn’t even break up the bacon on the fries… and the sandwich was cold and not very good at all. You could tell the bun was stale. The girls working The window were not very friendly. Couldn’t even crack a smile… And we’re complaining about the cold air coming through the drive through window. Needless to say, I won’t be going back

Felt adventurous today and decided to treat myself to a chicken sandwich and fries. Took a huge bite, chewed and swallowed it before realizing that I just ate what looks like blood and who knows what else. I’ve never been so disgusted. Do better maineville Wendy’s!
