I don’t like staying in the line at the drive-thru to make sure my order is correct, (I should have at this location). Prior to working a double from three hours out of town, I chose the 4 piece “Tenders Meal.” Try to make it 16 hours on the four nuggets I was served. 100% Unacceptable to not know the difference between a chicken nugget and a chicken tender.

When it comes to fast food, it’s about promptness and the food being made “fresh.” Everything is frozen obviously, but you want fries that haven’t sat for 10-20 mins.
Every time I order here, I order online. My meal is ready for me to pickup and is recently made.
I’ve been here probably a dozen times in the last 7-8 months and I haven’t received any cold fries or stale buns.

Went through the drivethrough and I was the only customer there. I ordered a Dave’s Classic Single. What I got was a dry, gross chicken sandwich and cold fries. How do you mess this up? $10 I paid for this garbage. Unbelievable. Judging by other recent reviews it seems this location is poorly run. I wont be returning.

I probably won’t go through this drive thru again. I ordered breakfast one day last week, & when I checked the food, the muffins were hard as a rock. When I called to let them know my grandmother couldn’t even eat the food it was so hard, I was told ” well, how long did you wait to eat them” & then was told ” I just went back & felt them, & they were fine.” It was honestly the worst customer services I’ve ever recieved. I couldn’t go back cause I didn’t have time, but I definitely will be calling corporate in regards to this place. -10/10 NEGATIVE 10.

That 15 year Old at the window 5:20 PM on November 19 that kid was wonderful his service his speech, his professionalism how respectful he was it was insane. I have not met a kid be that respectful that little guy is going somewhere. I never ever stop at Wendy’s because I’ve had such bad service at this establishment and that boy he just made me have more faith for this place.

This is the BEST Wendy’s in the area! Every order I have received has been fresh and full! The Asiago chicken is always great, but the Cobb salad at this location is amazing! The staff is also fantastic!

Worst meal in a long time. Dave’s single was cold and black like a hockey puck and the nuggets were cold and hard as well. Disappointed doesn’t even describe it.

We came in with 5 orders and three of which were from our kids. Which was chaotic because they are all exhausted. They did fantastic being patient with us, got the order perfect. She was so kind too. It was a good experience.
