Last night they put mustard on my jr cheeseburger that was supposed to be plain, tonight they put ketchup on my jr cheeseburger that was supposed to be plain, I’m starting to feel like they’re doing it on purpose.

They’re “new” and need to work out some issues. I was surprised there wasn’t a double drive-thru with the move to the new place.
No 5s from me only because it’s fast food. The food has been good. We’ve been here a few times and have not had any issues with cold food or wrong/ messed up orders.
Service could be better and friendlier.
The new look isn’t very welcoming or comfortable. I like the choices of the new pop machine, but 1 is not enough. And what did you do to the iced tea/sweet tea??? This new one is awful!!!

I thought with having a new location and then closing down the old one for 20 years, it would be better but it’s only just a new building first we’ll talk about the bathrooms. They have two family bathrooms that only has one toilet in each of them and one sink. This is a reduction from the previous location that had enough space that three people could go to the bathroom at the same time And now we’ll talk about the seating inside the new building which there isn’t a lot. The old building had probably double or triple the amount of seating availability.
And then when you mix in the inflation and shrink inflation that this location does, it’s really not even worth it to eat at any Wendy’s locations. The homestyle chicken sandwich has changed so much it used to be a thick chicken patty. Now it’s paper thin like a McChicken and mostly breading. The size of the sandwiches alone have shrunk so much. I got a Double patty with bacon sandwich and at first I thought we were missing a sandwich or they made it wrong with how small they looked in the wrappers . The next issue is the drink kiosk that they have inside where you can pick all the different flavors and all the different pops. It takes people way too long just to only have one machine inside. I thought that this new location with a brand new building was going to be so much better than the old building and location and I’m finding out that the only thing better is that it’s a new building and everything else was a downgrade first time going to this new location and it’ll probably be the last time I ever go to Wendy’s again

They ruined one of our favorite fast food restaurants when they built the new one. It’s small and noisy. If you park on the left side of the building, you have to walk all the way around to the other side to get in. The air was blowing on us so hard that it blew the napkins off of our table. And the chairs are so noisy when you pull them out to sit down. It’s a disaster.

The new Wendy’s design sucks. Their kiosks are always broken and they make delivery drivers wait out in the elements even when the lobby is open and empty. Service seems hardly any faster than the previous, 40-year old design.

Dining room hours on the app did not match actual hours – doors were locked at least 30 minutes early.. Food was lukewarm and frosty was melted: Probably because I had to wait in drive-thru line instead of picking up inside.

Did the drive through. Haven’t been in its new location yet. Using the drive through is almost as messed up as it was when it was in other location.
