Pizza tracker doesn’t work. Ordered a $45 meal for delivery. I noticed right away the pizza tracker does not reflect “preparing”, “baking”, etc. So I call…

45 minutes later… Tracker is still unchanged. My wife calls. This time the rep was grouchy, saying “I just told someone about this order it’s coming”. Well that someone was me and it was 40 minutes ago.
A few minutes later, The tracker blinks “delivered”. It was not yet. I’m not sure if this is something they are trying to do to help their speed stats or whatever?
Ultimately we got our order 50 minutes after placing, little frustration, perhaps some skewing of their times, any bit of an attitude from an operator. Decent pizza though.
UPDATE, one month later. The pizza tracker still does not work, and once again, they posted the delivery as complete well before they order actually arrived. Skewing the numbers, I guess it’s official. And weird. I wont be using them again.

I ordered 19 pizzas for a school Christmas lunch and the manager and workers were very friendly and helpful. The service was amazing! Kids loved the pizza. Every slice was gone!

It was my first time ordering at this place. Placed order at 5:45 pm for pick up at 6:45pm. Got notified that it was ready for pick up at 6:37pm. My order was sizzling hot when I picked it up. Nice ambiance and oh yeah the cleanest pizza place I’ve been to. Also, I was extremely satisfied with generous cheese on my pizzas. Found my new go to restaurant in town!

It’s insane how underrated papa johns really is. The new York style always hits you with good flavor and you can get a promised hot pizza. And make sure you do delivery because it is the best way to go and me personally, it hits different on Sunday nights.

Very bad ownership at this location. I wouldn’t buy a pizza here if they gave it to me. The location is not following Papa John’s standard, and is not putting the proper amount of toppings on the pizza. This location is ran like a mom and pop, and not a national franchise. The owners are nasty, and they ran all around the place touching everything from screens to cash registers to answers the phone only to go back to making pizza with their bare hands. Very nasty people

As a Clinton Ms native I eat there two to three times a week but today they brought my food and my wing where like card board old , meat wouldn’t come off the bone it’s so old and I call the store and they could care less with all the money I spend there and tips and he said it’s our new chicken be careful guys total disappointment because they didn’t try to fix the issue in anyway and didn’t give me a refund or remake my wings.

I like Papa John’s but I don’t like it when the driver always ask for a tip. If I have extra money I gave a tip. When my kids order their own food no they will not give a tip. They are under 16 so please don’t ask for a tip. I think I will just pick up or not order at all. The older delivery guy is cool but the young one has some things to learn about customer service.
