This is just terrible. Burnt. The burgers aren’t even the right size. Half a burger missing. Who can eat this? Truly disappointed. We don’t live where we can drive right back for mistakes. However this shouldn’t even be a mistake. These should have been thrown away.

If you don’t want anything thing to drink this is the place to come- also no fresh brewed tea- so only thing they have is bottled water, coffee, orange juice or “fresh” lemonade- my guess is it’s not fresh since they don’t brew their own tea anymore… Wendy’s has really gone downhill-

I’m a long-time regular at Wendy’s and have come to say these other reviewers should probably seek therapy with how angry they are. The workers at Wendy’s have always treated me with extreme respect and are very kind-hearted. Gerry and those he manages have done an amazing job, especially while being short staffed. I love engaging in conversation with them after they bring out my food, and the wait times have never been more than a few minutes at most. There was only one instance in which I reported a complaint to Gerry, and in the year since then it has never happened again. Huge kudos to the Wendy’s staff team in Shelby. You guys are doing an excellent job.

A very nice location. Food was hot, fresh and delicious. Service is very good. Clean, comfortable, warm inside seating. Using coupons makes it a value meal.
