One of the worst Wendys out there, even Auschwitz had better customer service in WW2. I work for the state and part of my job is to supply them with receipts. When at the first window I was very respectful and asked for said receipt, she told me the next window should be able to give it to me. No problem so then I get to the second window and the guy running the window tells me “you should’ve got it at the first window” I told him the same thing that I was told and he shrugged and then told me they weren’t printing receipts and it wasn’t his problem. I told him that I LEGALLY NEED it to turn into the state and he got VERY disrespectful and I then said its required by law i get my receipt. He gets all huffy and puffy and goes to get a roll of paper (thus showing they aren’t giving any customers their receipts) and makes me sit there for 5 minutes while they print receipts up to mine.. once I get home I discovered that my order is completely wrong, completely different sandwich. I call to complain and I’m told its my fault for showing up during a busy time that “mistakes happen” and when asked if they would correct it they told me to come back that day but as my lunch was over I told them I couldn’t and then they told me “too bad”

I submitted a review via their receipt highlighting my experience and I had a manager (Hannah) reach out to me very apologetic offering solutions in forms of compensation (meal tickets to replace what they screwed up) and said they would be in the mail in a few weeks. its now been over 2 months and after several failed attempts of contact them I decided to post this review because this whole experience has ruined this location for me. Go to the one downtown. or better yet go to the competitor across the street or a little further down the road, they will at least treat you with dignity

Decided to tempt fate and try this place because I was in a pinch, not worth it. I spent $40 on 2 meals and a chili and everything was cold and dry. Seriously, look at these sandwiches they served us. PLEASE GO TO THE COMPETITION!

Drive thru person answered with one minute, which I waited more than. Ordered two fish sandwiches without cheese, the screen said no cheese. I got home and not only did both sandwiches have cheese they were hard, dry and burnt. Terrible service and product.

This restaurant is filthy dirty inside. We left without ordering. Everything was disgusting. The floors doors windows counters bathrooms etc. Has to be health code violations. Don’t eat here unless you wanna get sick. I’d give a zero rating if I could. Totally gross.

I ordered a #1 meal and 3 biggie bags for my kids on the app for pickup in the drive thru. I waited in line for a good 15 minutes before I decided to go inside to pick up, when I got inside one man was in the back on his phone and a woman was at drive thru, saw me but said nothing. There was another man working as well but looked lost and was just roaming around. Another woman came from the restroom and I told her I had an order for pickup, she then asked if I may have placed at a different store because they didn’t have it so I pulled my phone out to check and at this point I wish it was for a different location because when I checked the food it was old and cold. The tea I asked for was out so it was replaced with a coke, I asked for the sandwiches to be remade and I was irritated atvthis point because i had ordered a half hour prior. When I got the food home my burger was still pink in the center and half the fries were so crunchy it was like chips and the other were still cold and soggy. I work fast food myself so I can understand being short staffed or getting a rush and needing to catch up, but there were 3 cars in drive thru and one family eating in. I saw no reason for the service to be as terrible as it was.

This was a drive-thru purchase today. I made the mistake of ordering my Coke zeros but forgot to tell them that I didn’t want ice. This is a mistake that has been made before I’m sure but the older person at the window was really nasty about it and was making some comments to another employee about me. I didn’t appreciate that. They need to have some education and training on their customer service. All that said, your food was excellent. I would shop there again.

Needs an update! Wasn’t the cleanest!
No ice for drinks, kids happy meals were just food on the tray, no bag-no toy!
No receipt as out of paper! I fully understand being short staffed and that may be the issue. Baked potato was very good! The four star is for not letting customers know, there isn’t ice for drinks before ordering.

I placed a mobile order on the app. I showed up and was told that they didn’t have half of my order. They asked if I wanted to substitute the item. I said no thanks just cancel it. I left the drive thru and checked the app a few minutes later and they had charged me for the entire order anyway! After I told them to cancel it! I had to go all the way back and go inside to get a refund for food I never got! Oh but here’s a coupon for a free small sandwich for my trouble. Dirty move Wendy’s! Waste my time and offer me a sandwich that costs you pennies? Crocked! Lost a customer!

Went to Wendy’s on 12/18/25 at about 5:50pm and had to wait at the counter for several minutes to take our order. We got a small chili which had no meat and was very spicy, (we did not eat it). Had no regular drinks in the machine out front so I had to go back to the counter to get root beer from the dispenser for the drive through. My wife’s chicken sandwich had lots of dill pickles on it and she had requested none. No crackers, or ketchup was available. Seems like all Wendy’s are going down hill. Last time here.

Went inside because the line outside was long. We waited 40 minutes before we had food. Sat down and the order was wrong. The resteraunt was dirty. The floor felt slimy. The poor girl at the register was trying to keep up. Other people were getting wrong orders. Felt like very poor management.
