Id been a GM for 7 years. Jennifer is an awful manager. I walk in, completely dead store. Wait up front for several minutes, someone whose been there the entire time finally says “Jen, customer up front”
Finally.
She comes up, doesnt greet me, I order, ask for a large drink. She waves her hands around like I just said something stupid. “Orange juice? Coffee? What?”
…..
I tell her large soda is usually what it means. She says “no we have other things”
…. she literally starts arguing with me about what the default meaning of a large drink is, something you learn as a crew member, much less a manager.
Didn’t give me my receipt, literally had to reach across and grab it from the printer myself.
The person making food has long nails and is wearing gloves and is TEXTING ON HER PHONE WHILE MAKING FOOD AND WEARING THE GLOVES. DISGUSTING. The cheese is all stacked diagonally exposing the corners to the open air, another gross food safety violation.
Im a regular. Some of the older crew members deserve a management position more than people like Jennifer.

2 chicken burritos cost $14. You can not substitute ranch for another sauce without paying extra. The staff made sure of that. Very unwelcomed and will not be back.

07/13/25, order placed at 5:37PM. Incredibly rude order taker for the front counter inside.
I walk up to the order screen. She waves her finger at me, zero words out of her mouth, asking me to wait a second… okay….
Finally she says “you wanna order?”
I say politely say “yes” ….obviously lol…
I say number 6, she instantly cuts me off mid sentence to ask a question- the answer of which I was literally in the middle of saying already.
She doesn’t push the drink cup at me, doesn’t tell me my total, doesn’t give me my receipt, doesn’t ask if I want it, wordlessly turns around.
Starts staring at her phone while another customer is waiting to order.
She wordlessly hands me my food. I say have a nice day. She wordlessly walks away.
This type of person needs to be let go. Not at all busy.
Edit: didn’t realize this til now, but my fries are completely cold to the touch… Wow… like noticeably cold…

Wendy’s is great. The burger is better than competitors bigger and better. It’s quite costly to compare but the quality is there. The restrooms for 1 at a time but are always clean. TVs in the lobby mostly playing news and a freestyle fountain machine where you can mix literally any soda you want to. The kids toys are sometimes lacking but make up for it in quality. The 4 4 4 deals rocks and there are newer bigger deals too.
