This was by the worst experience I’ve ever had at any food establishment. After waiting for 25 minutes in a line that should not have taken that long we placed our order with I think the worst person I’ve ever met who lacks any and all customer service skills, I even double checked with her before moving to the window since the screen was showing the wrong order. After dealing with the horrible attitude she decided to have today we got to the window paid and got the receipt which showed the wrong items so I wait there as she’s taking another order with so much attitude I tell her hey this is wrong I made sure with you and instead of admitting she was wrong she decided to get smart and call me a liar while staring at my dash camera which i knew proved her wrong, I tell her I made sure with you so she shuts the window and grabs a manager while cussing away as if me and my family couldn’t hear all of it. After the manager walked away I was handed change and drove up to the window thinking it was “fixed” but of course as soon as I get to the window I’m handed my food with items taken off instead of being fixed, items that were for my kids, I tell the kid who handed the food that it was wrong and after he got yelled at he told us check out receipt and I tell him she never gave me a fixed receipt he goes to find it again and got yelled at to tell us if we want it fixed then we need to line up again behind the dozen cars that were already waiting. Genuinely the worst place I’ve ever gone to eat and seeing as though there are countless reviews saying how horrible this place is its clearly not being taken seriously, given that it’s not ill be forwarding this incident and additional dash cam footage to corporate to hopefully get something done about this God awful Wendy’s. Hope 2026 is the last year for this place 🙂

Since the Wendy’s owner clearly doesn’t care about all the complaints and reviews I will be contacting corporate tomorrow. Once again I ordered a Cobb salad and it’s supposed to have eggs, bacon, cheese and more on it but they gave me a plain salad with a fried chicken breast that I had to cut up myself because they claimed they were out of grilled chicken and they claimed they were out of salsa for my taco salad. To help everyone out here’s Wendy’s corporate number.

They have a oreo brownie fusion frosty (in chocolate) that has had me in a choke hold for about a month.
It is worth a late night ride or a daytime stop.
Secondly, this store has the best and freshest foods and drinks. Meat is succulent and sandwiches are put together with love.
As a testament to their quality customer service, I ordered my frosty and they gave me a vanilla instead of a chocolate one. I was going to take it but I was disappointed. She graciously offered to make me another one. I didn’t want to hold up the line and she assured me there was time for a redo.
This might be what they are “supposed” to do, but I can tell you is was refreshing that she was kind and professional while doing it.
8 have been to this store 4 times in August and day and night and the food, my Frosty and customer service has been consistently great.
They make the best version of my frosty btw.

I clearly ordered a Dave’s triple I didn’t get the right food the food was cold fries where stale I ordered an hour before they closed I tried calling to say something I was looking forward to this all day very disappointing experience my dasher was great but clearly there night staff sucks at doing there job and what i got is clearly cheaper then what I ordered that’s bullshit

If I could give zero stars I would the assist manager is lazy and needs to ensure that people are more attentive to the orders I came through the drive through twice being patient and After two times they still couldn’t get it right and the only thing she can say is come back up there if I didn’t have a car that would be a huge inconvenience I simply asked for a bacon and cheese potato and couldn’t even get the simplest order.

Literally waited 35 minutes just to get to the speaker then had to wait 10 more minutes food will arrive even though it was called in early as a doordash if I can wait this zero Stars I would rate it negative four. Just watched free cars leave

I decided to visit Wendy’s. I went thru the drive thru and the line wasn’t long at all.
The staff was very friendly and they all said GOOD MORNING

We ordered a jr bacon cheeseburger, it was chicken. We asked for sweet and sour sauce, they gave us barbecue. It was not even midnight when we got there, you don’t close until 1, we waited patiently and you didn’t get it right. We added a nugget and we had to ask for it because it was not in our bag.
Please step up in the future, customer service is part of your job, not just cleaning and taking orders.
