Came here for my veterans Day breakfast meal. The cashier and the other works were very polite. They explained to me what I could get. The service was fast and efficient as could be for a fast food restaurant. The food was good. I got a baconator breakfast combo. It was delicious. Thank you again to the staff for the polite service.

I have had two bad experiences at the salem location in the past two weeks . The first time they told me they could not make change for a $50 on a $30 order .
Last night I went through the drive through was told to pull ahead and wait for my order . After a 15 minute wait I received a bag of cold fries and rock hard cold sandwiches.
Staff was rude and I demanded my money back after chastising them for poor service and customer treatment. This location is vary poorly managed after reading other online complaints.
Wendys corporate needs to take action and correct issues at this location.

Came by today, 02/18/26 1:25:PM , for my first fish sandwich. Ordered inside to go. Counter person said it would be a few minutes to cook them, I order two. They were ready as soon as I filled my drinks. We sat in the parking lot to eat them. Really dry and almost cold, crunchy. I should have just took them straight back in, but that doesn’t always go well. I will not return. When the Wendy’s fish sandwich bug hits me I’ll just have to find another Wendy’s. Pretty sad.

This Wendy’s sucks everytime. I placed a mobile order. In the app, it states I am just to tell them I have a mobile order when I pull through the drive thru and they will make the food when I get here. Well, I told them my name and when I pulled up, they said the food has been made for a while. What?? I said this food is cold and asked to get it remade, bc of this. The lady with the colored hair at the window argued with me and made me feel like it was my fault. Instead of saying sorry or we’ll remake this right away, she guilt tripped me. Where’s the customer service?! Oh ya. They haven’t had good service for years and they screw up orders all the time! I’m done with this restaurant, bc if my money can’t make them do their job correctly, then nothing will. Don’t go here!!!
PS I’ve been sitting here in the parking lot for 10 mins waiting for them to bring the remade food out. It’s freaking chicken nuggets and fries. And now all of my frosties are melted that they handed me when I got here.
PS Again. I personally had to go into the restaurant and they gave me the cold food again!!!! They lied and said they remade the fries and they were still cold!!! Then I get a smart attitude when she handed me the food. She said in a smart voice have a nice day. So, I got rude right back and cursed at her.

From my experience, this place often seems understaffed, and the staff doesn’t always appear to be treated well by management. Orders are usually accurate, and any issues are resolved quickly. I personally avoid this business because I don’t like seeing staff treated poorly, which might also explain why they’re frequently short-handed.

The food was pretty good, not a big fan of Wendy’s burgers they’re not very good lol but the spicy nuggets and fries were good. We also enjoyed using the fancy Coca-cola machine which is by far the highlight to every Wendy’s. Most old people get really mad at it so we did help him when we were waiting.
Also, sometimes Wendy’s has really good deals on the app so we went in and used my birthday reward to get some free stuff. And lastly the staff was kind to us but nothing over the top.

Always great food! I love their burgers. I love their chicken nuggets. I could use their barbecue sauce on anything its so good. When I checked out at the window the staff toof my salon’s business card! They support local businesses!

So I ordered a Son of Baconator and the bacon was burnt to a crisp, a cheese fry and I guess they wanted to give me a chili cheese fry, and when I asked for a Strawberry Frosty I had to correct the person working the counter because all they heard was strawberry and they were going to get me a lemonade… I understand that some people have bad days, I work in customer service too. It was just a very disappointing experience and hope it’s just a learning experience for them.
