Wendy’s in Wadsworth Ohio is a great location just off the highway. Very professional & friendly staff. Cute Christmas decorations. Nice sign that staff was scrubbing dining room tables and chairs. I highly suggest this location.

Third time in a row order was missing items. Have yet to be here less than 20 minutes in drive thru even with no one there. Pretty much teenagers running the place and it shows unfortunately. Got left at order window for 10 minutes with no one there and when they did show up the girl taking order couldn’t hear me because people in the kitchen were being too loud.

Unfortunately, every time I stop by this Wendy’s, I seem to have an issue. A couple times the drink syrups have been off, so I end up with just sparkling water, and today I ordered a tender meal with ranch and only received the tenders. $12 later and no sauce and no fries. Should’ve checked the bag before leaving, so wont make that mistake again…

Been here a handful of times, and I have to tell you, they do a great job with hiring friendly staff. I have NEVER had a bad experience with the staff..younger and older. Sense of humor, manners, and good at this jobs. I see these folks working as a team. This location always has a clean seating area and bathroom. One of my favorite Wendy’s!

This is the 4th time in a row that my order was messed up. I asked for the vanilla brownie batter frostie, and I got a chocolate Oreo frostie… Also the tall colored man with black white and pink dreads kept telling his employees to shut up, and kept on giving comments that were harassing, rude, and awful to his co-workers. This was loud enough to hear from the whole store, and made it a public event. Otherwise the food that was correct was good!

Cashier was extremely funny and friendly so i like that and then the person working window also was a little nice but she definitely had an attitude and crocs and legging at work. cmon girl you can do better but overall the food was good and what i expected it to be the lemonade that was like 2 different colors was really good too.

Went inside because the drive through was wrapped around the building around 1:30 P.M. Only two people ahead of us inside. Yet took over 25 minutes to get our order taken. There isn’t any one major thing wrong, it’s the whole process. Needs new management, or if there isn’t, some management.

Was hungry for a burger and decided to stop at Wendy’s as they typically have better burgers than most fast food places.
Pulled into the drive thru which was fairly crowded yet the line moved pretty quickly.
I ordered a single with: cheese, lettuce tomato, and mayo.
Once at the window the young guy was not very friendly at all. Minimal conversation and no thank you.
Once I arrived at home and opened my burger with a pathetically minimal amount of toppings I recalled the Wendy’s commercials of years ago. The one with the old lady asking “where’s the beef?” Except in this instance she would have said “where are the toppings?”. Pretty much a joke.. a tiny slice of tomato… a single sprig of lettuce… a quarter sized spot of mayonnaise. Truly pathetic!!!
