I wish I had read the reviews before coming here. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The food I received was either fried too hard or possibly refried, so I returned it and requested a refund. When I spoke with the manager, he seemed irritated and insisted that all their food is made fresh, though he did agree to process the refund.
To make matters worse, the manager misrepresented my concern to another staff member, saying I complained about the wings being small, which wasn’t true. My only issue was that the food was overcooked or refried. I even showed a boneless wing to demonstrate how tough it was to pull apart.
Overall, I won’t be returning to this location. The food quality was poor, and the manager’s attitude made the situation worse.

Wings and burgers were great and flavorful. Drinks were strong, but they are serious about drink limits. Had House Marg and Patron Marg. All staff were nice. Bathrooms were clean and well stocked. Went at lunch Hours so it wasn’t too packed on a Wednesday.

If I could give zero stars I would… literally the worst place I’ve eaten in 2025 hands down!
The atmosphere is very noisy, but that’s to be expected. We were with a big party and they seated us all separately to where we weren’t even really able to sit as a party and talk to each other. The bathrooms were disgusting and there was poop literally smeared all over the toilets in every stall…
Although the waitress was nice she never refilled our drinks nor did she ever clean any trash off of the table.
My husband, myself, and my son all ordered the all-you-can-eat wings and my daughter ordered a kid’s burger with bacon.
My husband’s order came out first and everything was extremely cold and he didn’t even get the flavor he ordered. There were FEATHERS still on the wings y’all!!!
Then my son’s order came out and it was so burnt, it stunk like burnt food, and the bones were actually splintering!! Not only was it not edible, it’s also a risk because my child is eating a bone that could splinter and cause him to choke! He also didn’t get what he ordered because he ordered boneless wings and they brought him bone in.
Then my daughter’s burger came out and again it was so burnt, I don’t understand why they would even think that that is servable! The oranges smelled rotten.
2 hours later…we ate maybe 10 wings in total, as a family of 4, and I never got my food at all so I left hungry and had to go eat somewhere else. The fact that we still walked out paying 40 something dollars for ATROCIOUS food and service BLOWS MY MIND!! That entire bill should have been comped just for wasting our time!
I will be filing a complaint with corporate because this is ran by management that clearly do not care.

The wings are really flavorful, really wet style, and dry. Lemon pepper were my favorite with the wedges. Our waitress was helpful. We had to wait for service many times. My kids did not like the flavors or food. It’s different compared to the others.

After years of not going to this place because of bad service, we decided to give them a try again. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. My whole order was wrong.
I ordered 15 wild wings/ we received 15 mild wings
Ordered 6BONELESS lemon pepper/ received bone in lemon pepper
Ordered a large fries/ received tiny portion of fries
Ordered a kids tenders with fries/ only received the tenders
My meal was cold and the chips were stale and soggy.
The man who took our order seemed to be under the influence of something. He tried making my husband pay twice when picking up the order.
We paid 73$ for a wrong cold order. I still have not received any compensation. Even after speaking with the manager and sending him photos.

I was very impressed a customer came in after I took my order and was having a hard time speaking English to place her order. The front desk worker went to get the supervisor Denzil to take the Customer order and he understood everything the customer was saying and was able to speak Spanish to resolve the issue with placing the correct order. I was very shocked the customer was happy and kept telling him thank you. He also educated her on how to use the online app to place our order in Spanish way to go Buffalo Wild Wings. Also the Dine area was very nice and clean i also was able to peek at the back Where the food would be prepared The kitchen was very impressive very nice and clean.

There a few families trying to enjoy dinner however the TV is too loud and it’s a soccer game from South America. They could be showing football or UFC. I would not ever dine in here. Not many people eating here!

It was the worst customer service I’ve ever had. My server Penelope barely checked on us and she was constantly on her phone. Also when she brought out appetizer out she nearly hit me on the head with it trying to put it on the table she didn’t say excuse me trying to put it on there. Also it took her like 10 minutes to come ask us what we wanted to drink. She checked on every table she had more way more than she did on us. Then to end it off I watched her sit down with I think two of her other co workers for 20-25 minutes just sitting there on the phones and talking I nearly wanted to go talk to the front people about it but she finally came to our table to give out receipt to us. That was the worst service I’ve ever had needless to say we won’t be going back.

Normally, my experiences at BWW are fine, not great. The food is decent, and the service is lacking. The last two times at this location have been poor. There seemed to be no wait staff working, and so we were unable to get a regular table and had to sit in the bar area. It was not busy at all, but none of the tables were being bussed. Our server hardly paid us any attention. We were out of water before he noticed and offered more, and we finished the sample appetizer plate before we finally had to ask where our food was. Our server never seemed to notice it hadn’t come. Turns out, during kitchen shift change, it had never even gotten made! We canceled the order and left. I honestly don’t know if I’ll ever go back at this point. Oh, I also received a massive onion ring. When I bit into it, it was completely full of uncooked breading.

Spent $33 not including tip for 2 people and no alcohol and left still hungry. Portions should be much larger for the price of food. Has 9 large TV’s for sports. Is clean and good A/C. I won’t be returning. $33 plus $5 tip? I’m still hungry.
