Update 2/14/2026 stopped in to pick up dinner order close to 7:00pm online, chili no crackers(out of stock) and got the bottom of the barrel of the chili, I heard the employee who was scooping out my chili to bring out a fresh batch from the back to another employee and yet proceeded to give me the scrapings of the scraps of the old pan instead of the fresh coming from the back, and the old was a let down it was pretty much nothing but beans and liquid, fries were also cold , the food was dissatisfying and a let down of a dining experience, not sure when I will return to the Wendy’s or any other anytime soon. The only thing that taste halfway decent was the Frosty, just wish the fries weren’t cold cuz they would of tasted good with the Frost.
Fast food just doesn’t taste the same anymore especially after covid-19 and it also has gotten very expensive for subpar food.

I ordered a breakfast combo because I had a coupon.It was for my three year old , so i ordered French toast sticks as a combo when I got to the window.Mind you?I was asked if I went to 4 piece or 6 piece.I figured the combo came in , both turns out no , despite me asking for a combo , she asked me which amount so I was unable to use my coupon. Only constellation was the fact that the French toast had just been dropped.But i’m worried that they’re going to be burnt like they were last time to the point in which my kid would not eat them

I’m giving one star because i have to choose. The Ravenna wedys on main st is not a place i will visit again. I ordered chili, fries and frosty. First the service was rude. I asked if the frosty he gave was a large and he said it was and i said oh ok. He then was telling the other workers i was rude so i told him he should talk lower so customers cant hear and then he told me he had enough chili and then gave me all spicey and didnt tell me that was all they had. Also they forgot my fries. Thats on me but they wanted me to drive 5 miles for 1 fry. They did offer a free one next visit but i wont be going there anymore.

You’re on site manager cannot do simple math. I ordered 3 kids meals that were advertised as $2.99 on Tuesday. I was charged $6.49 each. I recieved a $6.00 refund. When I tried to explain why that isn’t correct, he stated “two, four, six. Three kids meals.” Flabbergasted by this response, I chose to disengage and take my loss. (The refund amount should have been $10.50)

I only stopped in quickly I got a double stack biggie bag! It was done very quickly and the food was hot and delicious! The lobby was spotless and clean unlike most places I’ve seen nowadays. The real reason I stopped in was to use the restroom and honestly it was spotless as well! The management team there should be commended for how well they keep that location and an employee came in and was immediately asked how he was and his response was good other than how hot it is outside. I think that this Wendy’s location is exceptional beyond the food and the cleanliness.

Waited 30 minutes for our food had to go back in the place to get our food after sitting on the side for our order just to see they had not even made it yet then I told the manager you better comp is for our time last she was nasty straight said no I was was like we have been sitting here like 30 minutes then gave us 2 sodas I was so angry. Oh yeah and the fries were cold and the frostys were starting to melt by the time I got them to the car.

Apparently this location can not help customers if the reguster girl is in the restroom. Four people in the kitchen, one making food one standing around with his arms crossed, one at the drive thru and Apparently a drive thru helper?
Several minutes of standing there, at 3 people made eye contact amd yet no one offered to take my order. I think corporate need to visit and restructure/retrain this location.

While this is one of my go to fast food places, they are very slow at the drive thru. They will take an order, your money, & give out food before even addressing the next car in line at the speaker. Never had much of a problem with their food though.
