Nobody was paying attention to the register, the drink machine was empty out of everything but water, the teas were also completely out, not even a dribble of liquid. Fries were way understated and weren’t cut or prepared properly because they had what appeared to be bits of potato skin or random fryer food all over them. Nobody was delegating or delegated leaving duties unattended and scattered, absolutely no organization. They had 5-7 people working but the same work could have been done more efficiently by two or three people who just knew what they were doing. let me give you some context. I’m a college student, Kent State to be exact. I’m currently a sophomore in college, and let me tell you. Every-time time I’ve ordered food from here whether it be via DoorDash, dining in or going to the drive-through. The experience is 10 out of 10. Despite what a lot of these reviews say I have not had a negative experience here. In fact the workers genuinely care about their job. there are days where I go out of my way to come to this fast food joint even if the roads are busy and the drive-through line is long, these workers care and I’ve never had a problem with my food. For the umpteenth time, I’ve gotten the wrong order. Even today, I ordered a Biggy Bag, which consists of a bacon double stack, five nuggets and a beverage. I understand that I modified my order by asking for the cheese to be removed, but in removing the cheese they also removed the bacon. I love bacon. Imagine my dismay saving my burger for last just to find that it’s not my sandwich. To their credit, the boy at the window was relatively nice. He was prompt with our food and drinks and apologetic about my beverage. So, not an absolutely condemning experience.

This particular Wendy’s location falls significantly short of expectations. Every visit results in inaccurate orders and stale food. The staff exhibits rudeness and a lack of professionalism. The sandwich preparation is consistently erroneous, suggesting inadequate training or other underlying issues. Furthermore, custom orders are frequently disregarded. A thorough overhaul of management and staff is warranted. Alternatively, consideration should be given to closing this location and replacing it with a business that prioritizes quality and customer service.

This Wendy’s has to be the most incompetent fast-food place I’ve ever been to. I sat in the drive-thru for 15 minutes, waiting for someone—anyone—to take my order, only to give up and go inside, thinking it might be faster. Big mistake. Instead of working, two employees were too busy, FaceTiming, laughing, and goofing off like they were at a sleepover, not a job. And after all that? I still had to wait another 15 minutes for whoever was in the kitchen to slap together one small cheeseburger. It’s not like they were busy—there wasn’t a single other person in line. Absolute joke. I wasted my entire break and my money just to deal with this disaster of a restaurant. Never again.

The food was good, but that’s where it ends. Went in and waited a few minutes for my order to be taken despite having several workers there. They were a little too busy on their phones to do their job though. I was also very disturbed to see many workers with long hair, but only ONE wearing a hat, and none of them wearing a hairnet. Just…very disturbing and upsetting all around, check your food for hairs if you go here
