This was a very nice Wendy’s it reminded me of the restaurant back in the 80s and 90s. Very nice atmosphere it had carpeting, which kept the acoustic lower and the restaurant itself was clean and well supplied. The front staff overall were nice and cordial. But more importantly, my sandwich was made correctly it was on a fresh bun and right off the grill! I will definitely be back!!

My mom lives in the area and we sometimes visit the drive-thru for lunch. I’ve been taken aback, honestly, at the incredible customer service I’ve gotten at the window, and not just from one person. I thought it would be only weekdays but I visited this past Saturday, December 6 with my husband, telling him that the gentlemen at the window are so good, they should train others. Seriously! And what a delight – we were treated to the nicest and funniest and joyful person behind the order screen. Most people are not like this, so please – recognize these great employees. (I threw away my receipt but will keep it next time.)

Every time I’ve visited this Wendy’s location, the service has been consistently poor. The workers often have an attitude and act as if customers are an inconvenience rather than the reason they’re there. I try to be understanding we all have rough days but it’s become the norm at this store. It really takes away from the experience, no matter how good the food is. I hope management takes time to address the customer service issues because people notice, and it matters.

First time back to this Wendy’s in almost a year. Unfortunately I think it will be my last. I ordered the Dave’s triple no bun. Which I received in the correct way. However the 1 of the 3 patties was raw. It’s disappointing.

Decent Wendy’s. The floor inside the restaurant was greasy or something, because it was kind of slippery. Not a huge deal, but kind of weird. Food was typical Wendy’s food. Pretty good. Inside was also pretty cold, so we ate quickly and moved on. The order was filled accurately and quickly. I would eat here again if I were in the area.
