My daughter & I went to shop at the Alpine Albertsons this evening and since the Starbucks in the store was closed, we went to the Starbucks in the plaza next to the store. Although they had five staff members working at the time, the service was painfully slow – it took well over ten minutes to produce a single mocha even though there were not many customers in the place. Cafe Adesso at the other end of Alpine is a much better place with high quality and better pricing and it is locally owned!

Came here to charge my Tesla and decided to give this Starbucks location a try. Great customer service and everything was done quickly. Clean restrooms as well which is a plus, I know it is harder to keep them clean with heavy foot traffic but this location did great to manage it. Asked for two Grande cups of water as well as a Venti strawberry acai lemonade. They were delivered right away and my cups of water were not forgotten. Will come back when back to the San Diego area.

This is one of the best Starbucks I have been to in a long time. This morning they were running behind and the manager Jenna (sorry if I spelled it wrong) was calling out names of drinks she was starting on, along with letting people know how much time behind her crew was. I was able to get my sandwich but I had a Dr app to attend and I couldn’t be late. I kindly asked Hanna if she could postpone my drink and I’d be back after to pick it up. There was 0 issues with that request, so I did just that! Upon arriving after my app, Jenna was at the register and remembered my order, kindly offered a larger drink than I ordered. I wish my starbucks closer to my house was this personable!!! They even remembered so many people’s names and their orders as they walked in the door for pickup! Way to rock the customer service!
