I usually don’t eat out much, and now as I have eaten at some of these places, I am reassured as to why. Again everywhere I go are staff members that move slow, have attitudes, don’t want to do their jobs, and are clearly lacking comprehension and common sense. One if you don’t like your job, it’s plenty of them out there. Two I should not have to wait almost 30 minutes in a drive thru for a fast food order. I had to rephrase my order 5 times, was clear and concise with what I wanted and had to put it into layman’s terms for her to get my order right. The food was not hot or of quality, the fries were cold, and she had an attitude because I had to explain my order to her. The guy in front of me was drunk, and he couldn’t get his order right. I have not been in this city that long and I get disappointed every day, with how these places are ran. I would like to know who are putting these people in charge to run their business, especially if you don’t have anything on hand, you ran out and machine needs to be cleaned. There are food regulations, and it’s not safe to be preparing food for the public if you can’t keep the establishment clean or the machine and equipment that is needed to prepare the food. It’s called food poisoning, and it can be detrimental to a person’s health. I am losing all hope in humanity at this point. The food is not gourmet or high quality for someone to be waiting almost 30 min for fast food. And then everyone has an attitude because they lack work ethic and job skills.

I waited 25 minutes in the drive thru with ONE car in front of me. The workers at the window reeked of weed and were more busy kicking it than anything else.(such as WORK)

They usually only have 1-2 workers. They are extremely slow. Anytime you go you will see cars leaving the drive through because of the wait time. They never have sauces besides bbq and ranch.

I originally ordered through the mobile app for carryout we were told to come inside and still had to wait! The food was old and cold. The chicken on the Asiago Rachel club was old and the bacon and cheese old fries were with 2 pieces of bacon and 7 pieces shredded cheese. (I tried to do them a favor by not getting the beer cheese because the fries tend to get a little soggy and I didn’t want to be complaining.) Little did I know it was inevitable!! I went back but the door was locked so I had to wait in the drive thru line that was almost to the street for at least 12 min to reorder only to wait another 15 min. This time the sandwich was on point but the fries were greasy and undercooked. After waiting another 10 min in the drive thru again and being told they don’t do refunds I reluctantly ordered the fries again. The manager said she would cook them a little longer but I still had to ask for more cheese. Moral of the story go early so you can make it inside to analyze the foodyou getting before you leave or order at you own risk. Better yet just go to another one!

THIS PLACE IS THE WORST WENDY’S anywhere! Staff that couldn’t care less. Had to wait almost 5 minutes to place a drive-thru order. I kept time and it took 12 MINUTES to get my food after my card was charged. There were NO CUSTOMERS in the store and I could see past the order window that the stafff was “hanging out” and doing nothing. It also looks DIRTY and the parking lot is full of giant pot holes. Never going back.

I went to the buckeye restaurant yesterday around 5:00 p.m. the service was poor people were leaving and complaining about the wait time while I was in the Drive-Thru window all I can smell was marijuana had to go inside to get my order because they had me waiting 15 minutes outside for my order. If I could give this place 0 reviews I would there is a manager by the name Tom he is a tall black man that wears glasses he is very weird and does not know how to manage a business I then ordered food about 5 days later and I live across the street and I had to go back three times because my food was messed up and he refused to do either one no refund no new food I said that’s why he didn’t want to hire me which makes no sense shut this place down they do not deserve to operate
