We rely on brands we know because we want consistency in the product and have an expectation that it will be as good in one state as it is the other. I’m having no luck with this Wendy’s; my order never arrives complete, and I end up wasting both my time and money. I placed an order today, and two items were missing. Furthermore, the delivery drivers looked like homeless people and reeked of dirt. This is the third time this has happened to me, and I only shop at Wendy’s for the chili.

Went to this Wendy’s on lunch, there was a long line (to be expected during lunch) the cashier took my order and then asked me to repeat the last part of it. So I did, and she claimed she heard the food part. Then I got to the window and was given my drinks which were correct but my food was only half correct. I only received half my order which was 10 saucy buffalo nuggets but I was also missing my 10 spicy buffalo nuggets. I let the cashier know and she said she forgot to ring it in and then quickly got me the “other” spicy nuggets turns out they were just normal nuggets which sucked but oh well. Over all experience was a 4.7/10, hopefully this doesn’t happen again.

Honestly terrible I made a mobile order $6 double stack biggie bag meal and I pulled up to the speaker and said the order name and they told me to pull up, once I got to the window they tell me my order wasn’t in so I showed them but they told me it wasn’t in yet so the cashier was patient thankfully but I’m guessing the manager walked over and looked at my order on my phone then shrugged her shoulders then walked away. 3 mins later my order finally went through and they gave me cold nuggets and only had one patty on my sandwich with just ketchup clearly not a double stack and the pop was flat!! I rather just stay going to w117th.

I got a $8 biggie bag and a $5 biggie bag. I originally told them I didn’t want to drink but it told it didn’t matter. It came with a drink no matter what I was like. Wow! Okay not just that. I was headed to the hospital. When I got to the hospital everything was cold. The hottest thing was the chili and that wasn’t even hot but you talking about a 3-minute drive but everything was cold. Really cold after a horrible day with my wife in the hospital all day. We haven’t ate anything even though it was cold. It was the best thing weigh it all day

Ordered through the app. Missing a sandwich and and order or potatoes. One sandwich was half out of wrapper. Called store and manager said the delivery driver must have opened the sealed bag taken one sandwich and one potato order then had a new bag and new tape and put the rest of the order in the new bag a taped it shut. All because he can’t admit he messed up. This guy obviously knowing I’m at work says come to the store and into the back like he’s going to fight me. Fire your morning manager.

WORST DAMN WENDYS IN OHIO!
I dont know why I even waste my time with them.
I told them I’m allergic to mayo, told them that, but yet both of my burgers were covered in mayo! Didnt realize until I got home the 2nd time(had to drive back bc I bought a large pop due to them having peelies on them) I didnt want or need a pop due to having some at home, but I wanted the chance to win something big!
So I had gone back to get my cup. Was told the promo hadn’t started yet even tho their website said it started days ago. I called corporate to see if it was live or not and it is. So I have now bought a pop that I dont want. Was never given my frosty I paid for and they messed both my burgers up. NEVER unhappy Specially seen that I’ve already put a call into corporate 2 days ago and still haven’t heard anything back.
I wasn’t making 3 trips to Wendy’s for them to finally get my order right. After you couldn’t fix it the 2nd time I was done and was just dealing with corporate at the moment
Oh and I asked for ketchup, none in bag. They gave me bbq and I am not a fan.
Dont ever go to this location. The wait time is here is horrible and they ALWAYS get your order wrong. The last time I came here they gave me someone else’s order and I had to drive back up there yo get my order.

Wendy’s used to be my go-to fast food restaurant until they started jacking up the prices and reducing portion sizes. I usually get some kind of crispy chicken combo. They didn’t even heat up the food. They must’ve taken it out of the fridge 30 seconds before handing it to me, as it wasn’t even warmed up. The chicken was cold, and the cheese had never been melted. The box of fries was half empty, and the sandwich was pathetically small compared to just a few months ago. You rarely see the same employee more than once, as they must have a high turnaround rate. It’s sad and disappointing to go from being my favorite drive-through to being a place I’ll never go to again.
