Lilly D’Alelio came to the United States many years ago from Milan, Italy, with an idea to make the best and the healthiest pasta. She started making pasta in a small store in Everett, Massachusetts. Her son, Antonio joined her and together they have grown into one of the finest and best known pasta manufacturers in the greater New England area. Lilly still works long days and has created an extensive selection of all-natural pastas.

Update 1/20/26 11:09 am. This is my third time back here the food is fresh the pasta is fresh and the quality is EXCELLENT! I got the Sausage Parm Baked with Rigatoni with the meat sauce, side of meatballs, and side of arancini. Also for my mom, Chicken salad sub, 10 piece wing bbq sauce, Garden house salad, and a Tiramisu and 3 mini Cannolis. My sausage parm was so mouthwatering delicious the sausage was good perfectly not overly salty, the pasta was chefs kiss delicious and fresh tasting not frozen! The meat sauce was so good! The arancini was so good sauce and rice the meat and peas was so good! The meatballs delicious you get 5 of them. My mother loved her chicken salad sub the cranberry, red onions, celery mayo, cucumbers, tomatoes all were a great comb together. She loved the wings bbq sauce the wings had a nice crisp on the outside and the sauce was a nice glaze on them but not drenched in sauce! The wings cooked thoroughly inside, tender and juicy. She loved her salad also. The tiramisu was delicious and my mini cannolis so good! We have tried so many things off the menu! But still more to try after my mom ate she got the ideas, and had to go to sleep lol! We will be back again!
First of time trying this local spot! After seeing (whatdidyoueattodaysir) come by! I got Chicken parm sub and my mom get the mushroom ravioli in a cream sauce! Got a Fried Truffle Gnocchi
With pesto marinara. The Chicken parm sub was delicious omg the vodka sauce is so good! It’s a a lot the chicken is cooked crispy but inside the chicken is moist and taste fresh no frozen chicken pieces! The cheese and fried prosciutto bits, shredded mozzarella I could eat one of these 2 times a day! I need to take a nap after eating this! The place is clean and welcoming and very wholesome the own was very friendly and awesome customer service. Gave me a run down of the menu and suggesting! Will be back and order more from the menu!

Lily’s Gourmet Pasta is one of the best in Boston!! Everything is homemade, from the pasta to the bread. I got the Fettuccine Alfredo with shrimp and pasta, which was very creamy and filling. The servings are great, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the employees are wonderful! You can tell it was made with love and care. I definitely recommend if you’re craving delicious pasta 🙂

Lilly’s Gourmet Pasta is the only place that I eat Cajun Chicken Alfredo from! The pasta and sauce is made fresh and the flavor is unreal! I have been a loyal customer for 15 years now! I’ve had their award-winning Lobster Ravioli as well and it was amazing! I tell everyone about this place in conversation so my review truly is long overdue!

We found this restaurant on TikTok and decided to stop in while visiting from Maine and it completely exceeded our expectations! The customer service was amazing, and the owner was so friendly and involved. You can tell they truly care about every detail.
I make homemade pasta at home, and this was one of the few times I’ve had restaurant pasta that actually felt homemade. Very fresh, flavorful and the portions were beyond generous.
This place is absolutely worth the trip, a cozy, authentic gem that we’ll definitely be coming back to! ✨

The lobster ravioli didn’t just arrive at the table, it seduced it. Pleasantly plump pillows of pasta lounged in a silky, sweet cream sauce, glistening under the light like they knew exactly what they were doing. The first cut was slow and deliberate, revealing a tender, ocean-sweet filling that spilled out in warmth. Each bite was a slow burn of rich lobster wrapped in delicate pasta, coated in a sauce so velvety it felt almost sinful. It lingered on the tongue, teasing with hints of lumps of crab and finishing with a burst of lobster meat, refusing to be rushed. This wasn’t dinner. It was foreplay on a plate!! Had me screaming OMG and wanting more!!!

Lilly’s Pasta is a Boston staple in my opinion! Their food is delicious and fresh! I used to go here very often when I lived just down the street. The owner is always there and puts in the work to ensure satisfaction. My go to order is something that’s not on the menu, I love that they accommodate custom dishes!

Incredibly disappointed by this place. Ruined the whole day, I went with one other person and we both hated our food – coming from people who are not picky at all! This is my first review on Google because it was genuinely that bad. It was not evenly warmed, watery, and overall not “gourmet.” The cheese tasted like rubber and the bread was like paper. I got the gnocchi, my friend got shrimp scampi and it tasted like diapers. ALSO, IT WAS SO EXPENSIVE!! WE SPENT $60 FOR TWO DISGUSTING PASTAS. The restaurant itself is tiny and the staff were pretty annoying and messy. One staff member came over and said “I’m not even going to ask you how the food is because I know you love it!” Excuse me? Who does that. Please, please, please do not eat here. I would also like to add that the area itself is incredibly sketchy (catcalling).
