A large lemonade with a cup full of ice. I poured out the lemonade and it barely filled a juice glass. The summer strawberry salad is not what it used to be. There was probably only 1 whole strawberry in the whole salad. Barely any lettuce, 30% large burnt pieces of bacon. I couldn’t even chew them. What a waste of money. All this after waiting in the drive thru for almost 20 minutes after we ordered.

I love Wendy’s, but this new store needs huge help from corporate! The few times I’ve gotten food myself it’s been cold by the time it gets to me, the place wasn’t barely open the first time and the place was disgusting with food and stuff all over the floors and poor handling of items, it is a nightmare to go and wait 30+ minutes to deliver as a delivery partner. Some shifts are not horrible, but the majority of time it’s swamped with few workers and poor environment.

Not the best wendy’s, to say the least, always messing up orders, foods never warm, much less hot! management is a disaster! Poor customer service! And inside has a terrible smell. I’m not quite sure what it is, but I’d rather drive behind a trash truck. Sorry to wendy’s, but this one most definitely needs ALOT!! OF TLC.

UPDATE: GO IN THE MORNING OR AFTERNOON FOR LUNCH! The breakfast seasoned wedges and sandwiches are always hot and fresh! I’m addicted to their new garlic sauce and the cold brew coffee is nice and strong so I suggest adding cream and sugar The staff and managers are on point especially Emily definitely my new go to for breakfast! The morning crew changed my bad review completely around!!!

First time eating here. Nice building and tons of potential but it’s just not ran right. I NEVER leave bad reviews because I’ve worked in food before but it wasn’t a very good experience. My coupon on the app wouldn’t work, they overcharged us by ringing in something twice, we waited 20 minutes for our food as they were up front reopening our sandwiches to see what they gave us, no ice in the machine, no lids for the cups stocked, there was a hair in my chili cheese fries, and there was a lady standing there for 10 minutes before they even greeted her.
