I ordered online with a little trouble so downloaded the app. I put the same order in and then asked to have it picked up 45 minutes later. When my husband got there 10 min early it was already sitting waiting for him. He didn’t check the bag and didn’t notice the two small coleslaws and small fries. I originally had put in for the two large coleslaw and large fries. So not only was our order cold from being ready too long but there wasn’t enough food for all of us. I did go back and saw the order had changed to the small size between the website and app. But one of the small coleslaw containers wasn’t even full. So it was a very disappointing meal after all of the hassle.

I was leary at first after judging the employees but I ordered and ate. I was so floored by how perfect the food was. I raise chickens for butcher and ive never in my life tasted such fresh and moist chicken. I personally thanked the cook. The restaurant was very clean and the staff were friendly. My children and I had a excellent meal and I will be returning.

I have tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt multiple times but I just can’t do it anymore. The drive thru workers have made multiple errors every time I go. Today I got a crispy chicken sandwich with fries and a drink, with a side order of Mac and cheese. In the bag was a chicken sandwich, nuggets, and coleslaw. The workers also give the worst service and seem like they would rather be anywhere else than working (I’ve worked in food service before, so I can empathize). However, the lack of attention and enthusiasm is making me suggest against this location.

Ladies that work there are on the ball and get orders out fast. My go to spot when I don’t want to be held hostage on a long line. Been a little short staffed lately but that’s pretty common nowadays unfortunately.

Thank god the food was delicious cause the entire crew was unhappiness personified. Just miserable human beings. Having been to fast food and restaurants across the country I can say that this KFC had the most miserable staff I have ever seen.

All they had was crispy chicken. No original receipe. Flavor was dull. Staff at window hates his job. Opened window a about 6″.shoved meal through and that was it.

Food was great, one of the better KFC’s for sure! Service was quick, staff friendly. Lobby was quite clean, tidy, and comfortable. They clearly care and it shows. Bummer no buffet but no big deal.
(Update 7/19/17): Was back in town few months later and revisited, very much same experience. Cleanest KFC I’ve seen honestly and very lovely staff.

Staff indifferent, and received the wrong meal at the drive thru. I ordered the 3 piece original recipe, with potatoes and gravy. I received 3 chicken tenders and fries. It was not busy, but I work long hours, and could not go back. Second time this has happened. First time, I had a bad experience getting my order corrected. I am better off spending my money at Culver’s.

Ordered dinner online for my family and I on 04/22/2025.
There was no option on the order for the kind of meat.
I called and talked to 3 different guys who were very rude and didn’t seem to know a thing.
I only asked if they could make sure it’s all white meat, which really isn’t a hard request and they all had to keep checking with each other if they could do that or not.
I was finally on the phone with the manager who the guys told me was (Shaun).
He was absolutely rude and said he can’t do that.
When I asked for his name – he paused and then hung up.
I went into the store (Paul Bunyan Dr. Bemidji) and he was on break.
(Probably why he hung up – to go on break).
When I talked to the guys, they said his name was Shaun and he’s the one who hung up on me.
Two of them admitted it.
Shaun was also written on the board where it shows who is working.
When he came back from break, I confronted him nicely and he told me his name was “John” and he claimed he didn’t hang up.
His friends already ratted him out.
And I’m sure he lied about his name as well because there was no JOHN on the board, and the other guys said Shaun.

Either way, won’t be back and opted for the refund.
