I usually cook but I forgot to pull meat out of the freezer and we get out of work late. We chose Wendy’s for dinner knowing this location had an hour before closing (2:30am). We ordered fish sandwiches and was told it would be a 10 minute wait to cook it which was no problem. They brought the food out in 2 minutes. We drove the 11 minutes home and the sandwiches were disgusting 🙁 spent ~$25 and it’s not edible! Very hard and greasy. Im sure they quickly refried old filets. I’m just not sure why they charged us full price for this, how horrible. Now we don’t get to eat dinner at all. We’re never the type to call back but we have to over this, if they refund or remake the order I’ll update the review

No other customers where in the dining room when we were there. Food was fresh and hot. Inside could use new carpet. What they have has seen better days. Restaurant was very cleaned and we’ll maintained.

I want to share a very disappointing experience I had at the Wendy’s on Monroe Street in Toledo, Ohio. I waited over 10 minutes for my order while nine other cars were served. When I finally went inside to check, I learned that my order had been completely forgotten.
On top of that, the staff had an attitude as if I was in the wrong, which was unacceptable. I also never received a receipt for my purchase of $23.12. The entire experience was frustrating and unprofessional. I ordered the new taki sandwich. WHERE ARE THEY?

The manager Robert made a extra wait time turn to a personal attack on me and my family. Very rude, unprofessional and insulting when they had forgotten us as we waited 35 minutes in a mobile order spot after going through the drive through for pick up. After 25 minutes and 10 other cars being served I had waited long enough and went in to see what was going on. After patiently waiting my turn in line just to ask about my order, the front cashier had seen our truck still sitting in spot 2 waiting and had stated oh no they are still waiting? They been here forever. At that point the window operator said I see it I getting the last of the order now. After that she was on her way to take out the order and I let her know it was mine. She apologized for the wait re assured all food was there and asked if she could offer a cookie for the inconvenience. I said sorry but I would like a refund. She said understanding said let me get the manager. Robert the manager walked over and said yeah? I said well I want a refund waiting 35 minutes for 3 meals, which was 3 sandwiches 3 drinks and 2 orders of nuggets, and watching 12 cars get served was inexcusable. Robert then stated well if you didnt order 15 sandwiches…. which was extremely false and very insulting. I then told Robert it was three meals with nuggets and 3 sandwiches not 15 and serving 12 others after the fact was not realistic. He then said well he cant do anything anyways since the refunds are done by app not in store. That part is fine but to insult me and make excuses as I personally watched his hard working team recognize the error and apologize while he went on defense and insults me and my family is absolutely absurd.

Why would you use this as lettuce? I don’t understand why fast food workers act like they would eat the food that they make and it’s Unpresentable why would you even put that lettuce on here? You don’t work there because why are you making sandwiches like that I’m playing with people’s money ?

Walked in today around 11:00 AM I wasn’t greeted for at lest 3 minutes. Then the young lady comes from the back with the most unpleasant attitude and said hi very low and just stared at me didn’t ask me for my order or anything. So I proceeded to order my food. I specifically asked her. Can I have my 10 piece and french fries fresh? I watched the prepare grab my nuggets out of the already made nugget basket. I came in contact with the manager and told her that I asked for my food to be prepared fresh and they proceeded Give me already made food. when the manager asked them to drop my food fresh, everybody was upset And giving me dirty looks like I made a bad decision. If I’m paying my money for my food I want it fresh!

This Wendy’s is absolutely terrible I do not understand how they’re still open.. the service is terrible and so is the food! Every time I go here and ask for my food to be FRESH it never is! I will not be returning to this terrible restaurant! They need to be shut down.

Fried tasted like they were 5 hours old and the fry trap hasn’t been changed in a month. As an industry worker, it takes a lot for those fries to taste like that. It’s my favorite part of Wendy’s too
