From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely kind — the kind of service that instantly makes your day better. My order was handled quickly and accurately, and everyone I interacted with went above and beyond to be helpful and professional.
You can tell this location takes pride in what they do. The atmosphere was welcoming, the service was efficient, and I felt appreciated as a customer — which honestly isn’t something you experience everywhere anymore.

I normally have fast accurate service here, but not today. Had to wait 12 minutes for 2 cheeseburgers to be prepared. This is supposed to be fast food, Ive never had to wait at a McDonalds.

I wish I could give 0 stars. After seeing that the McDonald’s closed at 11pm and we placed an online order AND paid for it at 9, got there at 9:30pm. We see a car pulled ahead of us at the window and after sitting at the speaker for 10 mins we pull to the window ourselves where a girl with brown hair and glasses just shrugs her shoulders at us mouthing “WE’RE CLOSED” She didnt even open the window to tell us and turned away from us even after we showed her the online order we were able to place. I get having to close early but the fact they still let me place the order and didnt even talk face to face with me is absolutely ridiculous. It’s clear that lazy individuals are on the night crew, so probably avoid going then and dont listen to the hours posted because they are just plain lying.
BTW I still got charged for the order, they didnt cancel it, so now I have to dispute it with my bank, this happened December 7th.

When I walked in, there were three trash bags sitting at the front door as I was ordering at the kiosk. Someone came by and grabbed the bags and started throwing them around, and there was trash leaking out of the bags on the floor in front of the cashier. You might as well stand and wait for your food because they don’t bring it to you. They call your table number and you gotta go pick it up. Overall, a very bad experienceat this McDonald’s.

Men’s Room Very Dirty!
Food luke warm, cheese not melted on both double Cheeseburgers, front counter/cash register not manned, had to hollar several times to get someone to come so we could pay, because the kiosks were not working. This happened to every customer while we were there eating. Even though I pulled a table service number they put it in a to go bag and did not bring it to my table.

Best service I’ve had at a McDonald’s in a long time! I placed a very large order for a bus full of kids and they were so friendly about it. They shouted “we’ve got a bus” when they saw the bus pull in and everyone was like, “we got this.” I was amazed at everyone’s friendliness and positivity, especially when they were so busy. The food came out quickly too! The restaurant was clean and they had someone cleaning the parking lot. This is great interstate stop – lots of parking, including spaces for bigger and longer vehicles. I’m really grateful they made this a good road trip experience for our basketball team.

I have stopped at this location a few times passing through on the interstate. Compare to other restaurants if the same chain I can say this location is well managed. Friendly staff prompt food service and good accuracy.

We stopped traveling south. We rarely eat fast food, and I’d pretty well given up hope on McDonald’s in general. But this was such a great experience! We had a huge order and the staff was patient and smiling, the service was so fast, and our entire order was 100% correct and the food was hot! What a pleasant surprise! (Early morning 5/31/25)

I ordered on the app, and still had to pull up and wait while for my food while other customers who order at the drive through window received their food quicker. Seems like with as many people that I see working in the kitchen, there should be a dedicated mobile order person to have those ready as soon as the customer arrives. But the food is good and cheap, so I tolerate it.

Very clean restaurant, staff slow to assist if you order inside. I ordered a basket of fries. They were overcooked and not hot at all, asked if we could wait for fresh fries. Result wasn’t any better.
