Food appeared to be old. Staff was not very friendly and rushed us through ordering process. Our food appeared to have sat out for several hrs and was not made correctly and we didn’t get what we paid for either. We thought that it was in Maumee we would not have these issues as usually the resteraunts out here are always very nice and staff is amazing. Not sure if they were overloaded or what the issue was.

Awful walk in service. Staff could not figure out how to take orders correctly or fill them accurately. Waited much to long as they fumbled to figure out what size cup went with what meal deal. Also watched them unwrap and reward sandwiches to confirm they were correct for customers.

Ordered 7 meals & 1 pic sums up the overall poor quality. Sandwiches were ALL packed grossly sloppy (I mean total loss of appetite just looking at it), bacon was cold & RAW on sandwich – thank you Jesus that we caught that before anyone bit into theirs, fries were cold & packed about halfway into the cups. Salads were out for day while still early in the day.

Worst Wendy’s in the area. Food is never fresh. Workers seem to hate their lives and take it out on the customers. My guess is this location will be shut down either by the health department or corporate in the near future.
